Alessandro and Mr. Luigi are extremely hospitable people. They welcomed us as family members but were never intrusive. They were available to meet the needs of a couple of new parents (camping cot and high chair). The apartment is complete with everything, extremely clean and easy to reach. It has an elevator and the spaces are generous. Highly recommended both for the location (you can reach the sea in a 5-minute walk without crossing the Aurelia), ample parking and market available nearby. Go visit them... it will feel like home! We were delighted to stay in Sanremo at Paumar's!! The place is perfect, there is absolutely nothing to improve for us👍 Everything is extremely clean, a beautiful decor and there is no shortage of quality equipment! Breathtaking views of the sea🤩 Another huge thank you for all the attention you gave us, the welcome chianti, the coffee pods 🙏we enjoyed😁 Thank you also for your responsiveness to each of our requests (restaurants, visits, shopping...). We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, Tobias is very friendly and caring, his accommodation is perfectly thought out for an idyllic stay. And cherry on the cake, take the time to have a drink at Üga its wine bar in the old center of Montalto and enjoy its beautiful selection of wine.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house.
