Monthly Rentals in Pangrati, Athens

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!

A cozy small apartment with a balcony on a quiet street. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s cozy and clean. We had no issues with check-in or communication; all our questions were answered promptly. You can walk to Syntagma Square in 15 minutes. There are many cafes, bakeries, and a supermarket nearby. We liked everything and highly recommend this apartment.

Stamatis was very accommodating during our stay at his place! He provided us with an amazing guide of places to check out during our stay. He even stopped by to meet us, which was a considerate way to be personable and make sure we had everything we needed. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures and was cozy for my partner and I. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants, bars, clothing and grocery stores to choose from! There is even a local market every Tuesday that is only a block away. We stayed for a month but since we're digital nomads, we had more luggage then there was closet space. Just something to consider if two people are staying long-term. There was a washer and dryer available which was very convenient!
