The owner was approachable and very accommodating. Despite what happened (not related to the place and owner), my stay was worth it.

Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

My mom and I couldn’t help but extend our stay after seeing this beautiful unit! 🌸 We absolutely adored the classy, elegant interior, with its striking Japanese-inspired themes and the gorgeous balcony view. We especially loved the thoughtful addition of board games and books, which made passing the time even more delightful. The complimentary amenities were a wonderful bonus—especially the portable kit, which I personally loved! Beyond the unit’s superb qualities, what truly stood out was the proactiveness and heartfelt hospitality of our host and her co-host. They were incredibly kind in answering all our questions and wonderfully flexible in accommodating our request for an extended stay. We left with full hearts and made such beautiful memories despite our short time in Iloilo. This was truly an unforgettable and unique experience for us, and it's all thanks to our warm, welcoming, and wonderful hosts. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon! 💐

Stella is an excellent host, she’s responsive and friendly. The unit is clean, comfortable and well furnished.

Located between the airport and the seaport, this spot is ideal for spending time while waiting for a boat departure after arriving by plane.

We had a great stay! There was a bit of a mix-up since we originally booked a house, but the host let us know it was under renovation and offered us a condo unit instead. It turned out really well—the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We also loved having access to the pool! Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! The property is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The pool and outdoor area were highlights, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Inside, the villa was equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The Cecilia was an amazing host.And the caretaker Ate Vangie was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to return!

I recommend this apartment, great swimming pool

Annie is responsive to all the inquiries we may have. She even allows us to do early check-in. Ate Beng, the caretaker is so accomodating. She will recommend contacts for activities too. The place is great and clean. The receptionists are friendly as well. 💯

Cleanliness: Property is well-kept. Bed linens and towels provided are fresh. Location: Perfect spot at the heart of the city. Few walks away from Lagoon Park and Mcdonald’s. Ayala Mall and Bacolod’s finest food places are just few blocks away. Host Communication: Maria and her team is very responsive since from the start of my inquiry until my check-out. Very polite and kind to my requests. Check-in/Check-out Process: Checking in and out is very easy. Amenities: The internet is fast which is perfect for my work needs. They also have Netflix and Prime video. The pool is quite a view in the roof deck but it’s quite small and may get crowded at some time. Comfort: Nice bed and sofa bed is a plus. Value for Money: This is much affordable than staying in the hotel Noise Level: The place is quiet as we are in the upper floor. Nearby rooms are quiet as well. Overall Experience: We had a lovely stay at Maria’s condo. Small but functional place. Bang for a buck

Great experience

The location was superb to me. I like the peaceful neighborhood of the condo and the accessibility of the shops around - grocery, pharmacy, restos/eateries are just a stone's throw away. I just hope they could improve on the internet connectivity because what we had was just a prepaid wifi and signal was intermittent. Internet connection is very important to me because I usually travel while also working online during the wee hours of the night. Overall, my family loved the place. The owner was also courteous and responsive.
