We had a great stay with no issues. The place is easy to find and accessible by Grab. It's spacious enough, making it perfect for a big group of friends or family. Overall, it's a nice place, and I’d definitely recommend it. The host was very nice and proactive in providing instructions. We were also able to check in early and extend our checkout for a minimal additional fee, which was very convenient.

The Appartment is very nice and only 5min Walk to Feative. Keith was easy to reach and aswered fast. All you need was there. You will feel home very fast.

I am a returned customer. We specifically loved the view. Room felt home and comfortable. As someone who got used to have kitchen towel, I actually been looking for it. With additional kitchen towel (tissue) in the kitchen, I would say everything is perfect. Ms. Lilan is also responsive and nice and accommodated us at the last minute. Nice view is super +++++!

I am very happy to have chosen this place for my first stay in Iloilo. Feels like home. Not just spacious for my group, unit set up is practical for family use and spotlessly clean. Amenities are thoughtfully set up and well stocked. since it’s Christmas, there are lovely festive decorations in the unit. Location is nearby festive mall, k town and market place. Laundry services is also easy to arrange. Thank you korina for this memorable stay and I will definitely come back to your place when I am back in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jo Irene’s condo. The unit was very clean. The bed was super comfy for a good nights rest. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay such as toilet paper, towels, soap, ect. The location of her condo is close to Megaworld and festive walk, which is very convenient. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. The concierge and security are very efficient. Jo Irene is a great host. She is trust worthy, helpful, and very kind. You will feel very comfortable communicating with her. My overall experience at this condo is worth 5 stars!

Spacious studio, very clean, complete amenities, and located ideally at Iloilo Business Park. This Airbnb is a perfect base when in Iloilo. It is a short walk to the Festive Walk Mall and IMOCA, and a short grab ride to Molo Plaza and Jaro Plaza. The pool and gym were also excellent. The hosts are very kind and responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

BenJohn was super responsive and provided transportation to the condo via one of his drivers. Driver was very helpful and took us directly to the condo from the airport. Condo is in a great location and taxi or grab service was easy to access at any time. Condo was super clean and snacks were provided was a nice touch. I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in iloilo. It is centrally located and transportation via taxi or grab was always available.

Amazing stay! Perfect for families with kids! We had an incredible time staying at John Erwin's place with my nieces and nephews, who are all minors. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the space was designed with care and attention to detail. The unit was spotless, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for a family, plenty of room for the kids to play while still giving everyone space to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make mealtime easy and fun. The location was fantastic, too—close to Festive walk and mall, Marketplace, coffee shops, korean bbq and more. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially families traveling with kids. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

All my questions were answered promptly and they even offered a ride from the airport to their place and as well as from their place going to the airport on my last day. The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the pool and more local things to do. The condo is very comfortable with air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. We were looking for a relaxing stay and this property fit the bill. Overall it was a pleasant holiday for us. If you want a quiet place to stay, we recommend this place for you, we rented the 3rd floor and it has an amazing view, it has everything you need, big terrace, a kitchen, big bed and a washer. Plus Danny is a helpful and a very nice guy. Thank you to our host, we had a wonderful time, maybe we come back again in the future 😊.
