Very affordable and good place to stay for a vacation trip.

The place is quite okay in terms of location. We were able to get around the Iloilo city areas and districts (Jaro, La Paz, SM, Smallville business center, plazuela night market, Jaro plaza and cathedral, river esplanade) without much difficulty. The room was as indicated in the website; clean and aircon working fine. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in terms of providing information re rides and places. They likewise are able to call taxi service for us. And although there was a misunderstanding in the amenities list that breakfast was included, which they initially said was not included in the payment, they did give us free breakfast upon checking the site. This we believe was very positive on their part. The only difficulty was that we had a hard time finding the place as there were no signs in the main road leading to the place. The tricycles (foot-pedaled cabs) also had no idea where the place owing to the newness of the place, although the taxis (glory) do know the place. Over-all it was a good experience and we will definitely go back if we had the chance to do pass by Iloilo City again.

The city lights every night and sun rise every morning is something you’d look forward to. I love how clean and vibrant the place is. Just feels like a home away from home. If you are working, the workspace can fit 2 laptop or monitor. Exactly what I needed. It was worth it. Thank you Joy! Twas a wonderful stay.

Although the host is very responsive and the place is highly recommended, visitors are not allowed.

I will say Miss Liobe’s place is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The place is very beautiful and clean. The place is also very close to the Airport. The views are amazing. Her staff is very attentive to all your needs and wants. She was there to help in every way we could ask and more. I will definitely be back here. The pool was very refreshing and clean. The food was amazing also. The room was very comfortable and cool also. The Balcony in the bedroom is amazing too be able too look for miles of great views. Richard her Chef is also amazing and so helpful. Richard will also set up you to travel place to place if needed also. Can cook you, Any meal you desire. It’s a great place for a couple or if you have kids I would totally bring them here. There are no down falls here. The side street vendors are the way to go if you want fresh fruit 🍉 in the area. This is truly a hidden Gem 💎 I will definitely be back to see Miss Liobe and her staff. She is more than willing to help make your vacation time worth it. Miss Liobe I look forward to seeing you again soon

The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport, yet quiet enough to relax at the end of the day. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and easy. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay!

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ms. Rose’s place! The location is peaceful, accessible, and perfect for exploring Megaworld Township, SM City Iloilo, and Smallville. Ms. Rose was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even with the property management’s strict visitor policies. While the Wi-Fi could be faster, the stay was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable visit!

We absolutely loved our stay at Makarios! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was so peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always friendly and helpful. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities we could need. We needed a break, and Makarios delivered exactly what we were looking for: pure relaxation. A highlight was the fantastic feeding and fishing experience – the chef even cooked our catch! It was so yummy and fresh. The calming ambiance, delicious food, and friendly service created the perfect escape. Highly recommended!

Ms. Ivonne’s place was walking distance to Lapaz Market, known for the tasty Lapaz Batchoy. The place is very accessible to Gaisano Mall (less than 5 minutes walk), if you are looking for pasalubongs (goodies) and wanted to buy personal needs. What was best for our stay is that I personally requested an extra foam, since I am most comfortable sleeping on my own. They exceeded my expectations as they provided a bed, where I was able to sleep comfortably. There is also a stable internet connection, that I was able to work remotely without any interruptions. Their staff is also very approachable as we asked some items like electric kettle. We stayed on their place in a rainy season, but definitely I will still choose their place to stay when I will come back again to explore Iloilo more and also Guimaras (i.e., port to Guimaras is less than 10-minute drive from their place). Their place feels home to me. ❤️

Overall stay was super good! The place is peaceful, well-maintained, and the sunset views are stunning. It’s a bit far from the city proper if you're planning to go here without your own car, but tricycles are available. The staff and owner are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Katahum Resort and definitely want to come back next time. It is more private and away from the crowd of Malumpati but it is fun to hear the people passing by while they have their river tubing. But that happens only during the day and it is very quiet at night when all you can hear is the sound of nature.
