Sea bliss is a brand new studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. Sea bliss has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf shop, shops, bar/ restaurant, and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect!

Swanyay is a stand alone home next to ours that is full of Coastal Farmhouse charm thru-out. Outside is 2 huge decks for you to enjoy, 1 that is full sun and 1 that is under huge trees for ample shade and a swinging hammock that overlooks nature. Located at the south end of Hatteras Island, this sweet little condo has everything you need to enjoy a beach getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, & local marinas. The condo is also just next to the ferry that takes vehicles to Ocracoke Island, our gem of a neighbor to the south. From the balcony, there are limited, though lovely, ocean views. The condo is set up to sleep 2 people very comfortably, & can easily accommodate 4 if the sofa bed (52"x72") is used.
