Für das Auto steht ein Gratisparkplatz zur Verfügung, die Bahnhaltestelle Furth-Palt ist 500m entfernt, wir liegen unmittelbar am Donauradweg. Der Shuttleparkplatz zu den diversen Großveranstaltungen (Göttweig, Wachau) ist 3 Autominuten entfernt. Ein Supermarkt mit angeschlossenem Café (mit diversen Frühstücksangeboten) sowie eine Tankstelle liegen ganz in der Nähe.

The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

A very well located place, next door to some very excellent coffee. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well organised and there was an actual freezer and big fridge. The apartment did get quite warm as we were there on two 29 degrees days but everything else was great. Thoughtful and tastefully decorated and the little lounge room was great to chill out in. There’s a market to enjoy on Saturday mornings and you are right near pedestrian mall. A great base for wine visits!

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und wir wurden gleich mit Traubensaft und Wein empfangen. Das Highlight meiner Tochter waren die Hühner im Garten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage beruflich in Krems (hatten am Uni Campus zu tun) und wollten die Zeit am Abend ruhig verbringen und für Abendspaziergänge in der Natur nutzen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt dafür: der Ortsteil Stein ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr pittoresk, mit guten Lokalen, gleich in den Weinbergen oder an der Donau. Die Wohnung von Michael ist wirklich schön, nett und gemütlich eingerichtet, hell und ruhig. Man kann gut mit offenen Fenster schlafen, morgens wecken einen nur kurz die Vögel. Es ist so schön ruhig, dass man wie ein Bär schlafen kann. In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht, nicht weit weg ist ein super Bäcker und auch ein Supermarkt ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Und Michael reagierte auch stets sehr schnell und war hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely stay in a former bed and breakfast. I received a very warm welcome and was always comfortable :) Easy walk to the train station and centre of town. Would happily recommend as a place to explore the local area!
