Monthly Rentals in Palo

Power interruption in the city presented some challenges,  I needed a muffled and convenient space to catch up on work and meetings following a recent trip. Although it took some time to get my initial queries answered, I commend Ryan, the host, for promptly addressing my concerns and granting my requests. Unfortunately, during my stay, the generator shut off unexpectedly, which disrupted my meeting. I was quite anxious about this, but Ryan and Vangie were so reassuring and exhausted all means to resolve the issue quickly which I appreciated the most.  Overall, despite the power issue, I still enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and squeaky clean and the hosts handled their guests with utmost attention and care.

The place is warm and comfortable. Aside from that, you can find peace and security since it is located inside the subdivision. The internet connection is fast as well. There are no problems with commuting as well for there are tricycles and buses transversing the main road outside the subdivision. It is also near the Palo Cathedral and Public Market. If you plan to take a rest away from the busy metro, this place is highly recommended because it is located in a quiet community. Plus, the host is super accommodating when it comes to requests like extra blankets and is very easy to communicate with starting from the day we left Manila. Check-in and check-out arrangements, directions, etc. was smoothly given by the host. 10/10 would highly recommend. ✨

Place is spacious and clean, its along the national highway so navigation is easy. Few minutes drive to food establishments. Highly recommended place to stay

Had a great stay, nice and cozy. Felt very welcomed and safe and secure. Everything was nice and clean. Will use again when i make another trip. Enjoyed being able to cook meals and hot showers. I will recommend this place for all. The staff was always friendly.
