My stay at Marco's house was amazing. Marco was very helpful and always available for any need. The house is much larger than what you see in the photos and has excellent internet connection in all rooms and common areas, ideal for working and taking video calls. Each room has its own screen with Netflix, a private bathroom, and air conditioning. In the living room, we enjoyed a giant screen to watch movies and series. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning, including the bedrooms, the living room, the dining room and even the kitchen, which is a great help in hot weather. The house is fully equipped for fun, with speakers in the pool, indoor and outdoor common areas, and features Karaoke and YouTube Prime. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and at the right temperature, adjusted by Marco according to our preferences and the outside climate. In addition, they accept pets, which was excellent for me and my 2 dogs.

Juan Manuel's house is very spacious and comfortable, just what I was looking for to vacation with my family. The pool is perfect in temperature since you can get in at any time. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Juan Manuel's service was always very good and cordial, I hope to return soon.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We had the opportunity to enjoy it as a family and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, with cozy decor and a nice garden with a heated pool. The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

The space is ideal for the people indicated by the accommodation, the amenities it has are excellent, you can combine a day at the pool with an evening of movies. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good meal, a grill for grilled meat and you can eat inside or outside, as the space is adapted for both. My family and my dog really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely go back.

Francisco’s place was the perfect home base for exploring all that Cuernavaca has to offer—just steps away from amazing spots! The apartment was secure, spotless, and the bed and pillows were insanely comfortable. Seriously, I slept like a dream! The only thing that could have made it even better…a few extra fans or AC throughout the house to keep that perfect Cuernavaca breeze flowing. But overall, a fantastic stay—I’d absolutely come back!
