Juan Manuel's house is very spacious and comfortable, just what I was looking for to vacation with my family. The pool is perfect in temperature since you can get in at any time. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Juan Manuel's service was always very good and cordial, I hope to return soon.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We had the opportunity to enjoy it as a family and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, with cozy decor and a nice garden with a heated pool. In addition, Pilar and Lorena were always attentive to ensure that everything was fine. We definitely recommend this place!

The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

My large family and I found this property to be the best fit for us as it has a very spacious house with room and privacy for everybody. It was nice to be in a gated community and felt safe at all times. We loved the 4-car garage with a table tennis and fussball. The kitchen was super well equipped and we spent several hours having meals and enjoying chats in the breakfast booth. We loved the high ceiling of the living room. Each of the rooms have a character that is attractive and comfy. One of my favorite areas of the house is the backyard and swimming pool, I couldn’t get enough photos that depict the beauty of the “tabachin” trees embellishing the area. We made a good use of this property for a long weekend and we’d definitely recommend it to others. Just beware that AC is not available as it is common in most Mexican homes but the fans provided made our stay pleasant. Thanks to the host we spent a wonderful and memorable time there!

Everything was perfect, the house was very quiet. Mr. Jesus was very kind, he went to clean on the second day because there was garbage in the pool... he wanted to make sure it wasn't dirty to use it... thank you for everything!

It is an excellent accommodation, the attention of Mr. Guillermo and his wife was very attentive and helpful at all times. The space is ideal for the people indicated by the accommodation, the amenities it has are excellent, you can combine a day at the pool with an evening of movies. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good meal, a grill for grilled meat and you can eat inside or outside, as the space is adapted for both. My family and my dog really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely go back.

The young lady, Eugenia, is very nice, always attentive. The area is very quiet and safe. The location is very central, you have many places nearby and available to buy 24 hours a day. The house is very clean and tidy. I really liked that it had everything you need to have a good stay and feel right at home. Overall everything was very cozy!!!

The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable, cozy, and as shown in the photos. It has a terrace with a nice view of the sunset. The whole complex is very nice, quiet and they have a cafeteria where they are very friendly and have good food. Jessica is very attentive to what we need, very friendly and with many nice touches. Francisco’s place was the perfect home base for exploring all that Cuernavaca has to offer—just steps away from amazing spots! The apartment was secure, spotless, and the bed and pillows were insanely comfortable. Seriously, I slept like a dream! The only thing that could have made it even better…a few extra fans or AC throughout the house to keep that perfect Cuernavaca breeze flowing. But overall, a fantastic stay—I’d absolutely come back!
