Monthly Rentals in Palmiano

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house! The decor was stylish and cozy, and we immediately felt right at home. The pool was an absolute highlight, especially for the kids who enjoyed it extensively every day. Also for us adults the pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Location of the house is very calm and secluded. Many thanks to the hosts for the great experience!

The apartment is spread over three floors, the bedroom with double bed is at the top, where you can most easily enter the apartment. A narrow spiral staircase down is the clean and spacious bathroom as well as another bedroom with two single bunk beds. On the lowest floor (also accessible via the narrow spiral staircase) is the dining room with table, four (-6) chairs as well as couch and TV and a well-equipped kitchen. From there, you can open a door to the sidewalk below the row of houses at the back of the apartment. On the sidewalk, there are two chairs to sit in the sun and enjoy the beautiful view.

The accommodation is very nice and clean and Giulia is very kind, she made us find a homemade pie, fruit, water, some food in the fridge and everything we needed for breakfast. The village is about a 10-minute walk away and there is a market about 15 minutes away. There's a restaurant right next door, but it's only open Friday through Sunday. To park it has a clearing in front of the house in a private street, we only stayed one night, but the place is highly recommended
