Lovely 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Setúbal

Meet Setúbal, Portugal's hidden secret. A half-hour drive from Lisbon will bring you to one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, where the mountain meet the see. We have named our apartment "Choco House" after the most famous dish in town. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and very close to the main city attractions. A short 5-minute walk will take you to the beach. And just outside the door you can take a bus to the fantastic beaches on the foot of Serra da Arrábida.

Affordable double bedroom & available local guide

The bedroom has a comfortable sprung mattress, desk, wardrobe and its own balcony. The flat has a bathroom and a WC. You can use the kitchen for cooking with your own ingredients. Close to train station, 30m from Lisbon, 15m from Setubal and a quick 30m drive from the beautiful Arrabida beaches (or get a bus from Setubal). This is a 3-bed flat, where my dad lives with his girlfriend. He is a youthful man, and can be a knowledgeable tour guide or leave you to discover on your own.

This apartment is modern, extremely cozy and has recently been renovated to a high standard. It's located a few minutes walk away from Avenida Luisa Todi, the lovely and clean beach of Praia da Saúde and the amazing and a few minutes drive from the picturesque Arrábida mountains. The surrounding area is quiet and is in the well-known area of Município de Setúbal (Nossa Senhora Da Anunciada).

Located just 20 minutes away from Lisbon, in the beautiful South side of the River Tagus, between the countryside (Pamela Hill) and the beach (Alcochete river beach) with the convenience of being situated in a city (Montijo). It's quite here and so close to your basic needs: 1 min from the pharmacy, 2 min from the supermarket and the bus stop. Plus, parking is free.
