Apartment in new building with excellent design and comfort. Perfect for long stays, or groups because it has a lot of storage in each room and a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer. Ideal location for going out and walking along the river, Praia da Saúde or Avenida Luisa Todi. In the middle of the best restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and just minutes from the beaches and the Natural Park of Arrabida. Parking is always easy and free and at the door.
