Great villa in a great residential location! Close to communal pool. Also close to Global Village and other smaller malls, around 25 min drive to downtown Dubai. Perfect for families. Very responsive host, clean and tidy villa!

My stay was amazing since the Villa is so close to Art Dubai exhibition Yasmine and Basil were so kind. there were other quests and their kids, the kids were abit noisy in the morning but it was fine . I had and easy check in and checkout wafa was fast responding my messages.

An excellent host, very responsive. A couple of very minor issues, resolved immediately. Excellent villa for a family if you are familiar with Dubai, a car is a must but that is the same for most places. Cherrywoods is a peaceful community away from the hustle and bustle but very close to Town Square with lots of restaurants etc. Villa located 2 minutes walk from pool and also has nice back garden to relax in and let the kids play. Would recommend for sure and would happily stay again

Pleasant stay. Clean house, everything as expected and good hygiene. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Everyone slept like a baby. Garden was a great addition.

An amazing host. Made our stay so easy and perfect. Check in was smooth, and when we needed to extend they were very understanding and offered us the best price. Can’t wait to go back again

Loved the house! We had such an amazing vacation. Been vacationing in Dubai for 10 years but this was our first vacation in a house. The privacy and safety at the location is amazing. You just step outside and can swim and enjoy a long beautiful beach walk. Children played for hours at the beach and swam in the warm water. Pool was clean and garden beautiful but as the salty water in the sea was more appealing we didn’t even use the pool. The house has a very good price value ratio. The house is perfectly clean and beautiful. The beds are very nice and sheets perfectly soft. Sun is in the garden in the evening, so it is perfectly situated. The only thing we didn’t love was that the AC system that could not be regulated in all the bedrooms seperately. One control was controlling 2 bedrooms at once and one room has quite a noisy AC. But the house was nice an cool inside so we just switched it off for the night and had really no issues with it. We would absolutely stay again!

Home was spotlessly clean, (although it would be useful to have a dust pan and broom) comfortable and clutter free. Although the property was discounted due to construction the external areas where very dusty and this transferred inside on feet etc. I dont really feel like that the host could prevent this, noise wasn't an issue but debris from construction site often blew into the garden which was a little annoying. All in all a good stay for the discounted rate.

We were a group of 6 people and it was great. Good location right on the palm, traffic can get quite a lot but you need to know when to leave the house. AC worked fine, the pool is shared but was always free and very nice with rather warm water. Lots of towels for the pool aswell. We had three cars and in the garage 2 fit but there was plenty of space outside too. Overall everything was very good.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

Wow ..it was a wonderful couple of days at the property...every one of us enjoyed...everything spot on ...awesome . Thanks for an incredilble experience ...defenitely going back again soon

Nice townhouse. The garden is very small and I wish there was a sofa, complete covered garden. Walking distance to community senter and community pool. Pool is temperatur controlled, and 11*22 meter, 110 cm depth. A very nice aera, nice for families. Used 40 min to Dubai Parks. Recomend a car, but ypu can take a taxi, 140 AED to city. Nice host, very good qualty in duvet, pillows and sheets, luxury. Missed bath towels and the livingroom is quite small. The smart house function is nice, but not very important when you are staying a few days.

Great place for a short break for me and my family to see what suburb life in Dubai is like. Great break from the city and only 30 mins from most major places of interest
