🥰🥰🥰The apartment has a perfect location, an ideal place, and a stunning view. The apartment itself is wonderful inside—clean and fully equipped with everything needed for living. The owner has provided absolutely every convenience imaginable, from drinking water to sunflower oil and even laundry detergent. Marisa herself is an amazing person—very caring, thoughtful, and attentive. This is the best option if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place by the sea to relax in a clean, lovely, and harmonious atmosphere❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

This is an excellent property for anyone looking to stay in Downtown. Has a breath-taking view of Burj Khalifa, from two of the rooms. Swimming pool, which is heated and gym are even better. Super market- Geant, fulfills almost all of the daily needs. Burj Vista has direct connectivity to Dubai Mall and metro from second floor, which is definitely advantageous. Finding a cab, even with app is tidious during peak hours, and may take even more than an hour. Amenities provided are just basic.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hanene’s apartment. As a host, Hanene is very hands on and does everything she can to provide your every need. At our request, she also arranged for a cleaner. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly (no additional charge) Items that had been damaged/misused by a previous guest were replaced with new. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending either the accommodation or the host.

What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. We loved staying here. The location was amazing. We were at the heart of everything. The beach was close by, so many amazing restaurants to choose from and the view of the wheel. On top of that the apartment itself was huge. Each room had plenty of space, the beds were so comfortable and the living and dining room were beautiful. The check-in was smooth and the instructions very easy to follow. We loved it here and would definitely book again.

Spacious studio apartment with a nice view of the Palm. It’s suitable for an extended stay thanks to the kitchen and washing machine. The Murjan buildings aren’t the prettiest in Dubai Marina, but they do the job! Very residential. There’s a good supermarket downstairs. Host communication was responsive and flexible. Thank you for having us stay; it’s much appreciated.

Easy communication, flexible check in/out, assistance with luggage storage. Huge apartment with stunning marina views from all panoramic windows, side sea view from balcony and one bedroom. Fully equipped - TVs in every room, two coffee machines, juice press, etc. Beach is very close - just do not use Google maps route, use Google map and common sense. Highly recommended.
