Villa vacation rentals in Palm Islands

Благодарю хозяина виллы! Дом был чистый, аккуратный, уютный. В доме есть все необходимое для проживание. Самое главное в доме это приватная территория окрестности. Озерцо с птичим двором, зоопарк, прокат лошадей, рыбалка и так далее. Отличный бассейн на территории комплекса, природный ландшафт. Наша семья с удовольствием отдохнула.

My family and I felt right at home in Franks Villa. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. My kids enjoyed the playground across the street. The outside patio was unique and comfortable. I will book Franks villa again in the future.

Great villa in a great residential location! Close to communal pool. Also close to Global Village and other smaller malls, around 25 min drive to downtown Dubai. Perfect for families. Very responsive host, clean and tidy villa!

We were a group of 6 people and it was great. Good location right on the palm, traffic can get quite a lot but you need to know when to leave the house. AC worked fine, the pool is shared but was always free and very nice with rather warm water. Lots of towels for the pool aswell. We had three cars and in the garage 2 fit but there was plenty of space outside too. Overall everything was very good.

Communication facile et efficace, chambre spacieuse et propre, rue calme. Les commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied, la plage à 5 min à pieds. Yasmine, la concierge, est souriante et serviable. Je remercie Wafa et Dalila de leur hospitalité. Je recommande ce logement, et j’y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, schön und sauber. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation liefen reibungslos. Nur das Wlan hat an keinen der Geräte funktioniert. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes, Bäcker. Strand nur 10 min Fussweg entfernt.

Pro: - Die Unterkunft sieht exakt aus wie auf den Bildern. - sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. - überall dimmbares Licht. Macht eine tolle Atmosphäre. - Kommunikation über WA war immer schnell. - Check-In und Out war einfach und unkompliziert. - die Größe für drei Pärchen ist ideal. - genug Platz für mehrere Autos direkt vor dem Haus. (Wir hatten 1) Contra: - wir hatten die ersten zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. Die Behebung dieses Problems dauerte leider zu lange, auch wenn die Antworten über WA schnell kamen, wurden wir immer wieder hingehalten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es vor jedem Badezimmer ein Schalter für Warmwasser gibt, den man rechtzeitig anschalten muss damit sich das Wasser erhitzt. Das haben wir selber erst am vorletzten Tag herausgefunden da die Kontaktperson es scheinbar selber nicht wusste. - direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle die ab Vormittag mit Lärm beginnt. Die Unterkunft können wir trotz der zwei Negativen Punkte absolut weiter empfehlen 👍🏼

It’s on the palm so you already know what you’re getting when staying here. There is a gate with tight security so it can be a little annoying when wanting to bring guest because you have contact deluxe homes then they contact them. One of my guests had to wait outside for half an hour because deluxe homes didn’t contact the gate when I asked them to. Also they kept asking if I took pictures when checking out which was wierd.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

We hebben ons erg thuis gevoelt hier. Het zwembad erbij was een grote plus, heerlijk water en mooie grote tuin. Het huis was ruim en genoeg ruimte voor ons met 4 kinderen. Fijn dat er een klein winkelcentrum was voor de nodigde boodschappen, en gezamenlijk zwembad en speeltuin voor de kinderen. Bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid.

This stunning villa in JVC was a great experience. Spread over three floors with two living areas (one is used for a professional billiard table, which was one of the reasons we booked the house) and generously sized en-suite bedrooms.. so perfect for our extended family used for touch of luxury. Early morning on the terrace was nice, cigarettes in the yard in the evening, my husband appreciated the well-appointed kitchen for cooking sessions. The location is fantastic when you have a car or used to call an Uber to go around — just 20 minutes to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes to the Marina, its a peaceful neighborhood, there was a construction site which didnt bother us, windows are very well functioning. A pool is just next door, was a nice touch for the kids

We were looking for a quiet place not in the middle of city with privacy , it had it all with hated community and not to far from city centre ( 30-40 min drive). Only thing is the motorway system is quite confusing and always use a good satnav , if you avoid peak hours travel time is nothing, with the internet you can always find shops and restaurants to your liking. Very suitable for family whom want a nice quiet and safe place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb while transitioning between properties. The home was modern, spotless, and had everything our family needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’re so grateful to the host for sharing their home with us—thank you!
