Villa vacation rentals in Palm Islands

The villa is a dream, I could have sat outside for the entire stay. Amazing location, tight security making it safe enough to leave your doors unlocked. Ali was fantastic and we will definitely stay there again.

The location and place was TQ and very nice and modern with acceptable price spent on it. i recommend it to others to stay there.

La résidence est agréable et propose de nombreuses activités, c’était idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine dans ce logement. Tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé, du début à la fin. Le manager, Nasro, a été extrêmement accueillant et disponible, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Les personnes sur place étaient toutes bienveillantes et chaleureuses, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable. Mention spéciale à la femme de ménage, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours discrète mais efficace. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés, et j’y retournerai sans la moindre hésitation lors de mon prochain passage !

Absolutely brilliant villa. Modern clean cosy beautiful bedrooms. Loved the furniture no expense spared. Great air con. Big garden with nice furniture. This villa has everything you need. Pool is modern clean and within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops also 5-10 minutes walk. The host is amazing and very helpful and responsive. Missing hair dryer so they bought a brand new one and had it delivered. For the first time ever I left some belongings. As I had moved to my next location in Dubai they had them delivered to me which was over half hour away. If I visited again I would hire a car to get about. Well worth a visit. Thankyou

Good place, with great customer service!

My family and I felt right at home in Franks Villa. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful. My kids enjoyed the playground across the street. The outside patio was unique and comfortable. I will book Franks villa again in the future.

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

Pleasant stay. Clean house, everything as expected and good hygiene. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Everyone slept like a baby. Garden was a great addition.

Rony is truly a super host, his attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to ensuring a seamless stay made all the difference. The place is the perfect fit for a family stay, offering comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommended!

Pro: - Die Unterkunft sieht exakt aus wie auf den Bildern. - sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. - überall dimmbares Licht. Macht eine tolle Atmosphäre. - Kommunikation über WA war immer schnell. - Check-In und Out war einfach und unkompliziert. - die Größe für drei Pärchen ist ideal. - genug Platz für mehrere Autos direkt vor dem Haus. (Wir hatten 1) Contra: - wir hatten die ersten zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. Die Behebung dieses Problems dauerte leider zu lange, auch wenn die Antworten über WA schnell kamen, wurden wir immer wieder hingehalten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es vor jedem Badezimmer ein Schalter für Warmwasser gibt, den man rechtzeitig anschalten muss damit sich das Wasser erhitzt. Das haben wir selber erst am vorletzten Tag herausgefunden da die Kontaktperson es scheinbar selber nicht wusste. - direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle die ab Vormittag mit Lärm beginnt. Die Unterkunft können wir trotz der zwei Negativen Punkte absolut weiter empfehlen 👍🏼

Расположение виллы хорошее, легко найти. На все вопросы быстро отвечали и легко было общаться. Количество посуды ( чашек, вилок, тарелок) не рассчитано на 6 человек.

We had a great stay at Sham’s villa. The house had plenty of bedrooms with space for everyone and the compound was great and quite. Lots of walkable playgrounds, the pool in the compound is great and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sham’s was a wonderful host, being very responsive and helpful with any issues! Would highly recommend the stay for any family!

This house is beautiful. I stayed here for 2 months and I loved the house and the area as well. There are a lot things to do in the area as well. So for the future if someone is booking this house they will have a wonderful time while living here. Zilola was always there to help with anything if needed and I’m sure she will do the same for future tenants as well.
