This cozy and large first floor Studio apartment is facing internal area or Sheik Zayed Road. Two minutes’ walk to Marina Walk takes you to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Pharmacy are in Ground floor and plenty of restaurant around makes your visit very convenient. Building is super clean, well maintained and very quiet except. It is very high value apartment as it is priced considering the lower floor and the view. Ideal for tourist and short-term visitors.
