Monthly Rentals in Palm Island

This stylish condo IS stylish ! And very comfortable, clean, pleasant, and spacious. We especially enjoyed all the natural light, comfortable furniture, beds, and linens. The decor is very pretty and pleasing. There is a lovely spacious balcony Florida room / lanai which we didn’t use - guess it being January with some cooler weather. Also didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and inviting. Did enjoy driving to nearby beaches for walks, also walked many times to Red Bug Slough park only 1/2 mile away. The condo is very quiet and we felt safe at all times. Had a couple minor plumbing issues which Jessica resolved immediately. Kitchen is well equipped for eating at home. We loved our stay - enjoying a break from northern winter and highly recommend this condo to anyone.

I stayed in one of Sharon’s units for 3 mounts during my travel contract and it was the best place I’ve stayed in by far in my travel journey. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors also close to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This was my second time staying at Mattie’s cottage. I’m sure I’ll stay here again. The neighborhood is walkable and safe. The cottage is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and my favorite the bike trail. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

We love this condo so much we already booked for next year, The location is amazing and we easily walked to beach in 10-20 minutes (depending on wait for traffic.). The outdoors is beautiful and peaceful. There were 3 of us in the condo and the size was perfect. If there is an issue, it is dealt with in 10 minutes and addressed by the team. Pictures on Airbnb are accurate. As a mention, we noticed some damage of chairs on back porch, perhaps related to last hurricane. We assume these will be replaced. The sofa and chairs in living room could use a cleaning....With that said, we find this condo perfect for our 3 week stay.
