Studio apartment with kitchen + private bathroom

The room and the bathroom have recently been renovated. Please note that there is no air-conditioning; however the room is on the ground floor of the house, it is not directly exposed to sun, it has massive walls so it doesn´t get hot there. Street parking is available free of charge. There is also no possibility to barbecue. You should have a car while in Novigrad -public transport is not good!

I don't have enough words to describe how kind and hospitable Martin and Marjana are. You will be greeted by some welcoming treats on the table and in the fridge. We arrived really late on a rainy night, they had no problem checking us in that late. The place was perfectly clean and maintained, fully equipped kitchen that is actually functional. Grill on the spot. Lovely yard, great for kids or a couple that wants to enjoy a nice view in silence. If you love cats, there's a few little bunch that come to the place when you'll enjoy your coffee in the morning. For those who go on a business trip, Marjana gets you an invoice in no time, you don't have to worry. If you ever want to get rid of the car ask Martin for a scooter, he'll rent you one on the spot for a price you cannot refuse. I can go on and talk like this for many paragraphs but I would like to just add that it was the most enjoyable stay I had in a very long time. I hope we'll be back soon !

Apartment really clean and had great facilities. The balcony was outstanding, perfect to sit and relax on. The area was very quiet, but it suited us, however I would recommend that anyone staying here consider renting a car. The owners of the property live downstairs and are on hand if anything is needed, they are welcoming but not intrusive. Highly recommended this apartment.

We had a wonderful week of true relaxation. Pridraga is a quiet and convenient village for several excursions. Beautiful Zad. The sea is beautiful but you need water shoes because of the stones. Very courteous and kind hosts. Thank you Brigitte for all the information. My husband, my daughter, my two kittens and my dog thank you for the wonderful hospitality in your apartment, impeccable, everything was there. Thank you for❤️. Highly recommended place 💯

Wonderful charming town with lots of character and a lovely community. So much to do if you have hire car really beautiful national parks and beaches. Accommodation was perfect with loo lovely views and 1 minute walk to town. Shop nearby. Lovely little bar on steps. Perfect for us. Thank you!!!

Villa Mari with private pool & free bikes

We stayed with Ivic and his wife for 10 days. The house is located in a quiet area. It has a great pool, which we spent all day. the water was very warm, so you can swim from 7am. If you're missing something, there's a market with a basic assortment in the area. You can also play ball on the field or walk/ride a bike. The house was very clean, equipped with everything you need. The pool wheel is a great solution. Ivica is a really great host, he took care of everything, and you could write to him at any time. Restaurants, markets, bars, and the beach are a few minutes' drive away. Upon arrival and departure, we received gifts from Ivica and his wife, for which we thank you very much.

We had a super great holiday in Novigrad! Everything was a great fit - very nice furnishings especially the kitchen. Unfortunately, the house has no sun from 2 p.m. onwards, but everything has been wonderful.
