Surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees, cypresses, and other plants that create the special atmosphere of this area.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

Visiting our Stone House Zrilić you can enjoy nature and beautiful sea view. You have a unique access to a beach, through the wood (cca 3 minutes), you will not have to meet crowds of tourists, but enjoy peace. Another possibility is visiting beautiful town of Zadar (30 minutes by car), national parks (Paklenica, Plitvice, Kornati), Park of nature Krka, enjoy rafting on river Zrmanja and enjoy many interesting sights situated in Novigrad and its surroundings.

It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
