Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Am petrecut 10 zile liniștite in casa oferită de Zoi. Eu și familia mea ne-am simțit excelent în această locație care are o poziție excelentă în sudul insulei Thassos de unde poți să ajungi cu ușurință în toate zonele insulei. Recomand cu plăcere această locație. Comunicarea cu Zoi a fost impecabilă, iar când au apărut mici probleme, a intervenit prompt și în cel mai scurt timp a remediat ceea ce am sesizat noi. Am fost pe această minunată insulă de peste 8 ori, dar cu siguranță data viitoare când ne decidem să revenim în Thassos, tot la Zoi ne cazăm. Ca să înțelegeți cum a fost experiența noastră la Zoi, o să vă spun doar atât… ne-am simțit ca acasă…. și asta trebuie să vă determine să alegeți să locuiți la Zoi pentru a vă bucura de o vacanță fericită și liniștită! Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

My family and I are staying for the second time in Thenia's apartment. The location is great, really 2 minutes from the beach. Very stylish and cleanly maintained home, you feel at home, with everything you need. There is a very spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The host is extremely attentive and responds quickly and always helps. There is a great restaurant across the street, 2 km away there is LIDL. We will be happy to visit again.

This house was the best place we ever stayed. Quiet, amazingly organized, spacious and so cosy! Every detail was in its place, what we needed we found intuitively and easily. Beautiful yard, flowers smelling at night, lots of space to work or to meet friends, perfect kitchen. The house was fully equipped! And on top, the most nice and caring host!

We had a fantastic stay at Ελενα's place. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—very responsive and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat!

Das kleine Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und hat einen tollen Garten. In echt sieht es noch toller aus, als auf den Fotos. Anastasia war eine liebe Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man viele schöne Strände und es gibt in jede Richtung gute Tavernen. Außerdem war es wirklich sehr sauber und schön ruhig mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben :)

ΠΟΛΥ ΟΜΟΡΦΟ ΠΕΡΙΒΑΛΛΟΝ,ΣΕ ΚΕΝΤΡΙΚΗ ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΠΟΛΗΣ! ΠΟΛΥ ΦΙΛΙΚΟΣ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΉΤΗΣ ΟΠΩΣ ΠΑΝΤΑ!

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

The apartament was the same as the pictures! We could check in earlier than 2pm which was a plus for us. It was clean and we had everything that we needed! The host was friendly and receptive! The apartament is near the center of the city. The walk to Rapsani Beach was about 15 minutes!

Το σπίτι του John ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραίο, περιποιημένο και πολύ καθαρό. Αρκετά μοντέρνο και minimal διακόσμηση. Τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών πολύ άνετα και πεντακάθαρα κλινοσκεπάσματα. Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να προτείνω στον John είναι να τοποθετήσει air conditioners και στα υπνοδωμάτια διότι υπήρχε μόνο στο σαλόνι. Ο John ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και εκτιμώ πολύ το γεγονός ότι δέχτηκε να μας επεκτείνει την ώρα του check-out κατά 2 ώρες καθώς φτάσαμε αργά το απόγευμα στο διαμέρισμα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!

Прекарахме добре.Бяхме тук по време на Великден.На масата имаше оставени боядисани яйчица ,както и автентични гръцки курабийки.Беше много мил жест от страна на собственика.Апартаментът е малък и уютен,терасата също е комфортна за сутрешно кафе.Сградата е близо до магазини и заведения. Чувствахме се чудесно и бихме отседнали отново през следващото ни пътуване до Кавала. Препоръчвам мястото !

Πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο . Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στο κεντρο της πόλης ενώ παράλληλα έχει ησυχία και εύκολο πάρκινγκ.

Der Aufenthalt bei Alexandra war außergewöhnlich. Eine unfassbare schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen von Kavala bis Thassos und die Chalkidiki, eine geräumige Wohnung und eine Gastgeberin, die sich besonders herzlich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir haben sogar an beiden Tagen ein super leckeres Frühstück bekommen und auf dem Balkon genossen. Alexandra ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und tolle Persönlichkeit.

We are very happy that we chose to stay in Above the sea apartment, we had great time! Excellent communication with Yannis who was very welcoming and friendly! Absolutely stunning view from the apartment! Very clean! Beach and restaurants are at walking distance, great choice for families and couples.

Eleftheria was very helpful, the instructions for check in and check out were very clear, and is very responsive. Parking can be somewhat hard to find however there is private parking in the area. The apartment was spotless, has great design, and looks just like the pictures. Definetly coming back!

Thank you for a great stay! We loved our stay in Kavala. The apartment is spacious and clean and located very central and close to nice restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and a taxi stand to get to all the beautiful beaches around Kavala. The host organised a taxi incl child seat from Thessaloniki airport at arrival and to Kavala airport on departure which made life very easy. Unfortunately the front door lock broke during our stay, but the host promptly organised a locksmith and communicated well about the repair planned in the days after. Thanks again for the wonderful stay! :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in Kavala gehabt. Die gemütliche, ruhige und sehr saubere Stadtwohnung hat dazu beigetragen. Das Stadtzentrum kann man bequem mit dem Auto, oder wenn man mag, auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Chrisa ist gerne bereit zu helfen und antwortet zügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöner Blick in eine kleine bucht. toll für den Kaffee am Morgen Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für unser Baby stand ein reisebett bereit und es gab ausreichend decken und Handtücher. Wir haben 2 Minuten zu fuss in die Innenstadt gebraucht. Super einfach Kommunikation und individuelle Absprache möglich. Ihr wollt euch ein bisschen zu hause fühlen wenn ihr die stadt noch nicht kennt...dann bucht diese wohnung.
