The most important thing for us is the house is very clean and the location was great. A wonderful person took care of us very much and helped us a lot. The garden of the house is great and very pleasant house, walking distance to the sea, very close to the center, we will definitely visit again very close to you. In a word, it is wonderful.👌

What a nice house - everything from the rooms and the decor to the outside garden full of greenery and flowers made us feel right at home. The host was very helpful and answered all questions, she’d even left us sweets, coffee, bread and water as a welcome gift. The check-in process was smooth and easy through a lockbox near the door. I would recommend it for a holiday with friends or family!

A house with character and history. Maybe it may sound gloomy to some but it was a nice experience for my family and I. There are antiques. Only grease was missing in the kitchen. The house had a stone courtyard. There is a nice area for breakfast but you should take precautions with bees. I wish it was in an olive grove like the pictures, but that was enough.

This house was the best place we ever stayed. Quiet, amazingly organized, spacious and so cosy! Every detail was in its place, what we needed we found intuitively and easily. Beautiful yard, flowers smelling at night, lots of space to work or to meet friends, perfect kitchen. The house was fully equipped! And on top, the most nice and caring host!

It's a nice place to have a quiet vacation. There was nothing missing except that there was only one toilet in the house. The host was very flexible about check-in and check-out.

The house was in the most beautiful place of Kavala. The location was great. It was within walking distance to town, pier, grocery store,cafes and restaurants. The house was very clean and modern. The view from the balcony and terrace was magnificent. We were very satisfied.

Great value for the price! Everything within walking distance, great beach promenade with many restaurants. Rooms very simple and modern and very clean. Host very accommodating and friendly. We were only there for four days, because of a wedding - next time gladly longer for the real vacation. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

We had a good time.. We were here during Easter.. There were eggs painted left on the table as well as authentic Greek cookies.. It was a very kind gesture from the owner.. The apartment is small and cozy, the terrace is also comfortable for morning coffee.. The building is close to shops and establishments. We felt wonderful and would stay again on our next trip to Kavala. I recommend the place !

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! It's really a heavenly place, just like its name. It was nice to spend a holiday with a green garden, beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Our hosts are the most wonderful, most friendly hosts we have ever met. They offered us many treats from the moment we arrived. They also sent us off with gifts when we left. If you prefer a calm and peaceful place, this is definitely the right address. The garden has a very beautiful view day and night. The sea is very close and the entire beach is incredibly calm. The cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely prefer this place again if we come back.

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

Super nice view of a small bay. great for coffee in the morning Very clean and lovingly furnished. A travel bed was ready for our baby and there were plenty of blankets and towels. It took us 2 minutes to walk to downtown. Super easy communication and individual arrangement possible. You want to feel a bit at home if you don't know the city yet...then book this apartment.

Very cozy apartment with a wonderful terrace, and great view to the town and the sea. Close to the center, bakeries, restaurants and walking area along the sea. Maria is a great great host, always supportive - thank you. We would love to come back.

Communication with the host was very easy, he responded quickly to messages. The house was very clean and had an incredible view. Since the streets in Kavala are very narrow, it was a great advantage to have a parking space for the house. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next trip!

We had a wonderful time at Jenny's place - the apartment is very clean and spacious, artfully decorated and very comfortable for a family vacation or a group of friends! It is also very central and we could easily walk to various shop, restaurants, bakeries and the harbor. Check-in and out was easy, and Jenny was quick to respond to any questions!

Konstantina is a great host. The studios she offered are very comfortable. We had a studio for 4 people (two adults and two children). It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. We most enjoyed the barbecue area with authentic Greek stone and romantic lighting. Location is amazing. A must visit again. Thanks for everything!
