Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο εξωτερικό τζακούζι . Die zu vermietende untere Ferienwohnung (48 m²) ist unterteilt in ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer Wohnküche, in der sich eine Schlafcouch für einen dritten Gast befindet, und ein Badezimmer. Die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem, weitreichendem Ausblick lädt dazu ein, den Tag gemütlich bei einem Frühstück zu starten und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.
