Chestnut lodge a cosy quirky unique space.

Nestled in a small village with a great pub and country walks within 5 minutes. This unique place has a style all its own. It is made from recycled/reclaimed material's, bed side tables which are made out of suitcases, handmade high bed with storage. The breakfast bar is a cast iron cutting table from an old printing press. There is a kitchen area made up of vintage drawers and doors, with a small fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer, but no oven. French doors leading to a private courtyard area.

The Groom’s Cottage

Arranged in the traditional U-shape, the cottage forms part of a converted stable block within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. The cottage benefits from its own, South-facing patio which looks out onto a communal courtyard. The property has its own private entrance and two car parking spaces. The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
