We modernized some of the material of a Gassho-zukuri but kept other traditional Japanese building techniques. We use as interior wall cladding a typical burned wood approach aka Shou Sugi Ban and mix that with modern materials and Asian accents. Food & Essentials: Binduyan has no large stores, so we recommend bringing your own ingredients. If you’d like, we can cook for you at a rate of ₱1,000 per day (2–3 meals).
