Vacation rentals with beach access in Palawan

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We arrived almost 1am and Jess waited for us. The location of the place is superb because it is just within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and bars. There is also a sari-sari store right in front of the house which made it convenient for us since we needed a few things during our stay. The place is private since we have our own gate. The kitchen is spacious with ref, stove, kettle, utensils, etc. We actually ended up using just the main bedroom since it is huge and we stayed up late every night. The hosts are very responsive and easy to communicate with. They make sure to answer all my queries. Thank you, Ms Thoreen & Jess for being very accommodating. Hoping to come back to Port Barton again very soon! 🥰☺️

Absolutely magical. Rosemary’s beachfront hut is truly a hidden gem — a peaceful, idyllic escape nestled right on the sand. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The beach itself is stunning, quiet, and natural, with the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen. It felt like we had discovered our own little piece of paradise. The hut is simple and rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s open to nature, so you should expect the occasional gecko or curious critter — but that’s all part of it! What made the stay even more special was Rosemary herself. She’s warm, welcoming, and always up for a friendly chat. She helped us book everything we needed. One of our favorite things was being able to enjoy meals from her restaurant delivered straight to our little terrace. Sitting there with a cold drink, fresh food, and a view of the ocean.

I don’t know where to begin. The place is beautiful! They ultimately had me at the view. The caretakers onsite are wonderful and very hospitable. My family really enjoyed our stay. It was so hard to leave. The view, the stars, the friendly dogs, the boat tour guides, each island we visited, the sunrise, our drivers, the clean house…. They were all excellent!! There were 13 of us total and you have to pay between 200-350 pesos per person for every island you visit which could end up being costly but I guess you pay for an intimate uncrowded island which I prefer anyway. I would definitely come back to this place again!

Beauty and isolation. I wanted to escape with an element of remoteness, to spend days swimming and relaxing in nature. This surpassed my predictions. Catered breakfast at sunrise and sunset. Days spent exploring the reef, snorkelling and skin diving, or kayaking around the nearby islands. There are fins and snorkels to borrow, if needed, and rechargeable lights for night snorkelling. Napping and reading, followed by more snorkelling. The rustic cabin was not lacking. The fans kept me cool. My cabin was on the hill in the trees, cooler than the lower ones. The internet connection was fast and reliable, though I wasn't making any video calls. Had a day trip to Black Island, David's favourite, and can't recommend enough. I swam with thousands of fish. I went snorkelling and diving with David at night, seeing multiple seahorses. David shared favourite spots to explore and, with Genny, helped planning my stay. Gennya was a ray of sunshine, ensuring that everything was exceeding expectation

A peaceful, beautiful space. The best part of the stay are ate Jen and her husband. The response to our requests were fast and we are very happy with our stay.

We came here after abandoning a different villa and we were very lucky to get for three nights whilst we stayed in El Nido. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, went out of their way to make it a great stay for us there and of all the places we stayed in Palawan this was a stand out - even if we didn’t book it in advance (which you should do). Good room sizes, space and the pool were private and hidden which was perfect for the hot days. Don’t think twice about this place it’s fantastic.

Absolutely incredible place to stay! The area is completely secluded and private. The beach is beautiful and offers an amazing sunset view. David was a great host and was extremely accommodating. The food is simple but all delicious and reasonably priced. Getting to the property is the most difficult part as many others have advised, highly recommend hiring a private driver. we were lucky enough for our driver to have a 4WD so felt incredibly safe on the journey as it is quite bumpy! Overall we had a great stay here and will definitely be back!
