Nice, comfortable house for a family. The public transit to Trastevere was frequent and easy. We enjoyed our visit!

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Cosy apartment with real fire

Great location and so reasonably price P went above and beyond and even went and bought us groceries as we arrived late at night so we could have dinner for ourselves great apartment

Massimiliano and his father were great hosts, taking good care of us upon arrival and departure. The unit was spacious and quiet with greenery. There’s a great pizza place nearby that we repeated. All in all, it was a great stay.

We are so pleased that we chose to stay here. Communication and directions were outstanding. We hope to come back and enjoy more time again soon

Great place and location, and responsive host!

Very friendly greating and an attentive host who was very accommodating with an early check-in. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped and very centrally located. There is air conditioning and fans which was a nice surprise. Please note because you in the 'heart' of it all there is a a quite lot of noise (ear plugs were provided if required, and they helped very much) that goes on till late, also, with there being numerous restaurants in the square there can be a lot of cooking smells, (fried onions particularly noticeable), if you don't mind either of these things then I can highly recommended this accommodation and I would stay again. All in all we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and had a wonderful time!

Very nice apartment for 6 people with lots of room. Good location, 15-20 bus/metro from main attractions. Shower pressure is not great, but understandable for building.

Francesco's apartment was as advertised, clean and equipped with everything you need They are very kind and let us know about recommended restaurants and pharmacies. Personally, I would have given it 100 points if there was a washing machine, but it was still very good without it The location is just behind the Forum of Augustus, and I was able to immerse myself in history I had a taxi take me from the apartment to Termini Station. By the way, the taxi didn't have a meter and it was 18 € The bus from Termini Station to Fiumicino also went up to €9

The apartment has a special charm. The location is perfect, and the terraces give it a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and cared for, and the bohemian decor creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Vittorio's attention was excellent; in addition to being very attentive, he spoke Spanish, which greatly facilitated communication. Definitely an ideal place to relax and feel at home. The place at Ladi's in Trastevere was just perfect! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The location couldn't be better – right in the middle of charming Trastevere, but still quiet. The absolute highlight is the beautiful courtyard, a small green oasis in the middle of the city. Ladi himself was also particularly great: he welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made a small tour of the neighborhood – with lots of personal tips on his favorite shops and restaurants. That was super helpful and totally nice! Absolutely recommend – we would come back any time.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at the apartment. It is well appointed and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, love the firm mattresses. The host was very responsive and kind. We could walk to everything, didn’t need to take the metro or cabs! Lovely restaurants nearby. The alley way had some foot traffic at night and early am, but was probably quiet in relation to most other streets. The upstairs bedroom is quieter than downstairs one. Overall this was an excellent stay for a mother and daughter and we would return!

This place is very special; you can relax in the lovely grounds and imagine yourself a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There are many varied and interesting things to do in the area, without even venturing into Rome. But what makes this accommodation so special is the hostess Maria. she is so welcoming and attentive, and obviously enjoys meeting new people. At the same time she is not intrusive, and in fact spends most of her time in Rome. The house has been in her family for generations, and has a fascinating history. Everything possible has been done to make the accommodation comfortable and enjoyable.

Raffaele and Jojo were friendly. We enjoyed meeting them. So helpful, so kind and cheerful. The space is large great for gatherings, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms and beds were so comfortable. I was able to get a great nights sleep. Beautiful birds and breezes, large windows and patios. Just fabulous. So many thanks to you Raffaele for accommodating an early accommodation, we so greatly appreciate it. We were blessed to find your place as our first stop in Italy! Best to you.

Emanuele and Ana are the dream hosts, kind, nice, helpful, always receptive and very skilled in making you feel like one of them. They decorated the whole house knowing it was my boyfriend's birthday, I was shocked, tears 💚💚 thanks for everything

I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. We were so well looked after. The host (Laura) even drove me to the local supermarket to get groceries, as we arrived late and had our child with us. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. The place is incredible! Large, traditionally decorated interior and impressive outside space. A lovely little welcome pack is available in the kitchen with some breakfast items and the whole place was outstandingly clean. You won’t be disappointed with this accommodation. Thank you so very much Laura!!! You went above and beyond for us and that was before you posted a scarf back to us in the UK that we left in Rome. It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️
