We were a group of 10 friends and the apartment was just perfect for us. The location was great with great connectivity via public transport. The apartment was clean with all the required amenities available. Mariastella and Camila were great hosts and were super helpful with providing all the required information. Their recommendations on local places were excellent and made our evening absolutely wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return here when we visit Rome again.

David’s place was a oasis of calm and tranquility in a busy ocean of tourists and locals. If you are looking for a fantastic host, comfortable beds, walkable (quiet) community that is across the street from local transit, outdoor market and fantastic restaurants, then this is the place for you. Spacious, spotless and clean, it was also very well equipped. David was very proactive and checked in on us. Pascale and Alessia were also a joy to deal with. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment!

A Treasure in the Heart of Roman History

The apartment was super clean and had an amazing host and staff. The building was safe, friendly, and very clean. The area was full of local people and away from the crowds. Nice grocery across the street with a local coffee shop, bakery and restaurants. Our host provided us with clear directions to a local guarded underground parking lot ( ten minute walk) from the apartment. He also called just before we arrived to make sure things at the garage were all set. The apartment had coffee, tea, water at our arrival in the cabinets / fridge and it even has a washing machine. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. One of the best air b & b s we have ever stayed at. The balcony was a super plus ! Great views and so nice to sit with a cocktail appetizers or coffee . Very safe spot!

Alessandra is a very nice host, very responsive, always present if necessary. The apartment is very well located with a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, the Vatican is very close. The apartment is very clean, bright and a small restaurant is right at the foot of the building , which is very convenient after a big day of visiting. In short, we had a pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

This was my first time using an AirBnB and I will have to say I will definitely come back after this experience. Not only was Marzia's place in a perfect spot of Rome to see all the main tourist attractions, but everything was no more than a 30 min walk. We were able to hit all the major attractions and see the night life that was just across the bridge. The place was very clean and had lovely rainfall shower heads. We were honestly barely there because we were out in the city from sun up to sun down and only stopped by to rest our feet. She was very helpful and the place was clean and well kept. Pina's apartment was the perfect oasis for us to lay our heads after two long days of walking in Rome. We drove in, and she met us right at the gate and showed us where to park our car. we used both bedrooms, and she had everything ready for us. The flat was spotless, the homemade limoncello was to die for, and Pina made us feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very convenient and walkable to the basilica, we love our stay, felt like home. My family was very happy we were few minutes away from the Vatican. Maurizio the host is very responsive and flexible also Christina whom waited for us at the entrance of the building made us feel more confident on our stay. She gave us instructions and recommended a lot of places where to eat, how to take the bus, what number etc. our second day we were experts taking public transportation and walking around the neighborhood. And honestly everything is within walkable distance, from luxury shopping to any Shop, and restaurants! Over all my family had the best time!

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s apartment. She kindly let us check in early and incredibly helpful and informative about everything we needed to know for our time in Rome, whether it was about attractions, transportation, or local tips. The apartment is in an amazing location, just a 15-minute walk from all the main city sights. It’s right in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto, surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. We especially loved the large windows that filled the space with natural light and offered a charming view of the street below. It’s a perfect spot for a couple, and we would highly recommend it.

I took my husband to Rome for his 50th bday and Allesandra and her co-host Luigi made us feel right at home. She arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport, let us leave our luggage early, and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. The place looks exactly like the photos. The decor gives you the feel of being in true Italy. She has not missed a detail. It was very clean and safe with plenty of linens and towels. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well with the temperatures. The place is located in a great area and it’s walking distance from everything. We never used a train or an uber and saw all the sites by foot. There are tons of restaurants and it was very safe at night. I would highly recommend staying here.

How exciting to occupy a home right next to one of the world's most iconic landmarks, the Roman Colloseum. Caffè Roma and other nearby cafes and restaurants have great dining options for all tastes and budgets. The apartment is on the 4th floor (I think) on a small hill right above and next to the Colloseum. Paolo met us at the apartment for a smooth easy check-in experience. The weather was cool, so we usually had the windows cracked open while we were 'home'. There were lots of sounds from outside - guitar playing and singing, people celebrating, sometimes jackhammering from construction in the area, and lots of other activity, as the area hosts one of the city's main touristic attractions. I enjoyed hearing the buzz coming in with the cool air. The apartment and most of the furnishings were absolutely beautiful, with a mix of traditional and modern Italian vibe. There is a step up once in the beautiful kitchen, so be careful there. The shower was very small, the bath tub giant.

Was a lovely apartment in a good area - lots of bars and restaurants and shops around and an easy walk to the Colosseum. Our only problem as elderly ladies was getting into the flat using the phone- but we worked it out in the end! Gabriele answered our questions quickly and was helpful in arranging transfers. A fabulous time!!

We had a brilliant stay in Alessandro's lovely apartment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has all the basics needed to make simple meals. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable, king-size bed. We loved the area as it was a little outside of the very centre of Rome. We found great cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk that were very reasonably priced, especially compared to central Rome. We used the buses to get around, and to get to the nearest Metro, all of which was easy to do. Alessandro gave us some great tips for bars and restaurants, and he was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay.

Max is an excellent host with a fabulous apartment!! Centrally located within walking distance to shopping, dining and attractions, this is ideal place to stay in Rome. Max went above and beyond to make us feel welcome over email and with all the little touches one could desire upon check-in including, but not limited to: fruit bowl, cookies, coffee, orange juice, laundry soap, travel toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Travel crib was excellent with nice bedding. Lots of kids toys. Apartment is very large. 4th bedroom is very, very small and right off the kitchen. Not a deal breaker, and it is portrayed accurately in photos. Max and his team are highly responsive over text and were kind enough to arrange transportation for us to places we couldn’t walk to. We would stay with Max again in a heartbeat!

A stone's throw from Metro B San Paolo and buses to reach Trastevere and the center. We were fine. The beds are very comfortable and the house is equipped with everything you need! Alessandro was kind and attentive at all times to make sure everything was in order. He gave us directions to nearby restaurants and how to get around Rome. His assistant Lorenzo, who is the one who checked us in, was also very friendly. He was there waiting for us before we arrived. The kitchen had all the basics to be able to spend a few days in Rome, including oils, salt and some spices. The accommodation already had umbrellas in case we needed them, which did not happen. The hot water came out perfectly, and the air conditioning and heating worked very well. No noise was heard in the building. And the bed was very comfortable

It was nice staying in a place that matched the pictures and description. The location was perfect for either walking to nearby points of interest - the Trevi Fountain for example - and close to the Republica metro stop. The coffee machine was well supplied - a 5 star necessity in my case. There were only a couple of steps into the apartment, and it had two bathrooms, each with a shower (both small but adequate. Walter was very friendly and responsive before our stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We didn't have a car (not needed) so parking was not an issue. The large queen size bed was firm but comfortable. The smartTV allowed us to watch our favorite shows on Amazon Prime and Netflix in the evening.

Without a doubt, staying at Marco and Antonella's accommodation was the best choice for the trip. They always responded quickly to all questions and the apartment is according to what was advertised. My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment right in the heart of Rome! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the Pantheon and all bars / restaurants were in walking distance. The flat was very clean and homely, and Simone gave very clear check in instructions. I would definitely recommend this place to other friends / couples looking for a central location in Rome !
