Ahmedus’ place was pristine—just as described on Airbnb! It’s modern, well-equipped, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a week or longer in Dhaka. Ahmedus is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever anything is needed. His staff is professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. I will definitely stay at his place again on my next visit to Dhaka. I’ve also shared his place with my family living abroad so they can experience the same level of comfort and amenities we’re used to overseas, right in Dhaka. I live in the USA and needed a place to stay in Basundhara area in Dhaka. After doing a lotta research, I cam across this place. Right before this, I stayed in 3 other AirBnBs in Thailand and none of those AirBnBs were as nice as this one. The host was super professional, very friendly and helpful. He even replaced the microwave with a brand new one at my request. The unit is 5-7 min walking distance to Apon departmental store where you will find everything including a cafe/restaurant. It’s also 7-10 min walking distance from Rupayan shopping complex where there are a few restaurants, other stores and Swapno departmental store. The building is in a safe location (entire Basundhara area is very safe) and the rooftop terrace really adds more pleasant experiences to your stay. AC was super cold, interior was very nice and clean, wifi was fast. I really enjoyed staying at this AirBnB.

The goods location good safe and secure you will get many restaurants in food panda to order here. host is helpful and responsive. after chek in, i was out to work and return late. lift was off but the guard start the lift for me. car parking charge was reasonable and safe. balcony has good view. bed was comfortable. no one disturbed. bad ac not enough to cover the space. water purifier has issue. water has a unpleasant after taste. comforter need a cover. need to keep tissue box. I carried mine so didn't ask for it to host. 1 good clean bath towel and one time brush should be there. must add a manual lock in the door.
