What an amazing place. The anti - boutique art cafe is something to experience. When so many places are being turned into “luxury living “ boxes it was delightful to stay in a 500 year old property with all its charm and quirks. Coming home at night to our own a bar was fun. The bed was extremely comfortable and the access to art materials was a real bonus to my artist husband. The kitchen has lots of equipment and the water in the shower has high water pressure and heater only takes a short time to produce VERY hot water. Once the inner door is closed the apartment is very peaceful. Communication with Spiros was excellent. It’s difficult to suggests any improvements. Maybe more pillows. We would appreciate a washing machine but understand this is extra cost. Be aware the cleaner next door sometimes spills water from the balcony into the garden. Just sit to the left. Oh I don’t forget to try the restaurant next door. Thank you Spiros for a lovely stay. A great way to end our 4 weeks.

We had a nice stay. The location is excellent, very close to the harbor and in the middle of the charm of the old town. We would definitely stay here again.

It was simply wonderful. 😍 Everything exactly as advertised. Chrisida and Thanasis's apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. Chrisida and her family are always kind, thoughtful and always ready to help their guests. We felt at home. Your house is very well located and close to everything (bars, buses, cafes, restaurants, market, bus station, etc.) Kissamos is an incredible city, simply wonderful. Thank you for everything, Chrisida and Thanasis. If I have the privilege of ever returning to Greece, I will be with you again!

Located right in the heart of old town Chania, can easily people watch and take in the sights and sounds of old town without having to leave your place. Perfect sunset views. Note: best place to reliably park for free overnight is “Chania town car park”, about a 10 min walk. May be easier in the off season; and harder in the peak. Overall the location can’t be beat.

Beautiful place and great host

It was a great size apartment with a great outside space. The pool was lovely. It is a modern clean living space with fabulous welcome touches having wine, homemade pies fruit and cake, Anastasia changed towels on request and gave us recommendations of restaurants. Always available for enquiries, would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning apartment

super small house, peaceful, next to everything but at the same time away from the world, 10 min and everything is next door, functional, the location is perfect to see all of Crete, 2.5 hours to go to the east of the island, and between 30 min to 1 hour from everything in the west/south west really great I would recommend Great accommodation, the people on the ridge are extremely kind, it really feels good! Go there without hesitation

The stay at Spyros' place was perfect. Beginning from the uncomplicated checkin to the stunning view and quietness of the mountains to the clean, cozy and stylish apartment. Communication was nice, kind and rapid (I asked for a duvet and Spyros' mother (who is more than adorable) brought me this not even an hour later). I will definitely come back. A great ,spacious, quirky botique 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the old city of Chania. Very clean with all the amenities, large comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The good wifi and a washing machine were crucial for us. Best of all is the location which is on a lovely, narrow pedestrian cobblestone street in the old town. Restaurants galore and a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous harbor area. Of the 3 Crete cities ,Chania Rithymno, and Herakliona, Chania was the most beautiful and well kept. The best of the 3 to use as a base(We did day trips to the other two towns.) Gannis was abroad, but his friend Christina was so nice, and helpful .She met us where we parked the car and led us through the old town to the apartment.

What a lovely quiet and relaxed stay we had in kampos. The house has everything we needed and the view was amazing with fantastic sunsets. Thank you Sofia for your warm welcome and good local recommendations. We would love to come back again 😀

That was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, little activity. Original taverna within walking distance and authentic food. 2 minutes by car to the supermarket. The apartment is spacious with everything you need. Stelios waited for us and explained exactly the way. A small repair would be done immediately. We thank you for the nice time and the delicious oranges from the associated garden.

We had a wonderful & relaxing break. The location & outside space were amazing. The host was kind & generous. We will definitely come back. Thank you for all the little gifts.

This place was perfect. It is in a great location, spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Like the other reviews mentioned, the parking spot is very tight, you have to be a confident driver and highly recommend having a smaller car.

We had an amaing 4 night stay. Photos matched the description, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking amenities, oil, seasonings, coffee, and washing capsule. The owner also kindly prepare some fresh fruits, cakes and raki to welcome us. The surroundings are beautiful, we can watch the most amazing sunset every day right on the terrace. The restaurant next door is great as well. There is a 5min walk to a sandy pink beach. I would recommend to have a car to be able to explore this area, the drive around here through olive groves and coastlines is really scenic. Strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Very charming accommodation in the heart of Chania‘s historical center. 2 min away from the Venetian harbour.

If you love a vacation off the beaten track, away from the crowds of tourist resorts... this is your place. The house is located in a small village attached to the rock with stunning views of the Rokka gorge. The terrace you'll share with other guests is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif. Be aware that there are cats that come looking for food... for those with allergies... Marianna provided us with food for the first night and was always responsive to any questions or problems. Rokka is the ideal place to explore the beaches of the northwest of the island and Chania. The southwest beaches are at least an hour's drive away. We're taking beautiful memories with us Thank you.

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!

I'm very happy that I choosed Ioannas place. Very nice apartment clean with everything we need for are staying. Very close to everything, a super market, bacary, pharmacy , shops, restaurants, bars . Close to main Bus Station, perfect for people with out a car.
