The apartment features a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has an office corner with a desk. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. Staying in one of Nicoletta's houses, guarantees personalized and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. ATHENS CITY CENTRE You have the option of either using the bus or the tram (Flisvos stop) in order to reach the city center (15-20 minutes away) and visit Syntagma, Plaka, the Acropolis, etc. PIRAEUS PORT If you want to catch a boat to the islands, the port of Piraeus is 15 minutes away by bus. AIRPORT The bus X96 has a direct connection with the airport and the bus stops right in front of the building. We can also arrange airport transfers by taxi for you.
