He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Great location and sleeps a lot of people. Some of the taxis had a difficult time dropping us at the front door. It’s a restricted area.

Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. Very friendly host. Helped with numerous requests, instructios and recommendations. He even helped us with a minor mesical need. The location is unique. Great view of the Acropolis and Zeus temple. Will stay again. And thank you to his Mom for the homemade cookies.

Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Highly recommend Peter’s spot! Super affordable, central location. It’s a bit busy but nice to be near all of the neighborhoods you might want to hang in. Peter went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He was always responsive and super kind. One bummer was that we woke up to loud construction right above us on our first morning. We talked to Peter about it, though, and it wasn’t a problem after that. Overall, great stay :)

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen in which everything was available that you need for cooking and to make coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would come back again and again! As a single note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, but you really walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a great stay in this appartment. It was large and well-designed. The neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Athens, with low crime and cute restaurants / bars. We were able to find convenient free and safe street parking nearby. The hosts were charming, helpful and also discreet. A perfect stay, we hope to come back!

It is a very nice villa. We felt right at home. We got a great tour at check-in, where all the little things were explained again and also got great tips for things to do in the area. We would love to come back and highly recommend the villa.

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
