Charming 49 m² apartment, perfectly located by Lake Paladru, an ideal destination for a vacation. Enjoy a cozy setting with a bedroom that can accommodate two people (160*200 cm box-spring bed). The apartment also has a modern and functional bathroom with shower, and a small terrace. The living room is equipped with an extendable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped.

Family home with private lake access

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Come and stay in this beautiful remodeled barn, over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, zenitude and a very special holiday, with heavenly views! A side of Provence in Chartreuse in short! I live in this house and release it when I'm booked in order to leave it for you privatized. So you have access to the whole house except my room and garage. However, I leave my Roxy cat on site.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
