It is located in the former Hôtel des Bains, which has become a residential at 46 Rue de la Morgerie 38850 PALADRU. It is conveniently located to enjoy the Lake and its surroundings, with the Tourelle restaurant at the foot of the building, as well as a bakery and a tobacconist / bar right next door. Parking is free at the foot of the building or in the inner courtyard behind the building.

The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
