Everything went smoothly, great place. Dino was very communicative and was able to answer everything for us.

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

The little time we spent at the apartment we were very well. It's a very quiet area and the place was perfect for disconnecting. Sebastian was very friendly and also a good host. It left us everything very well explained, we would definitely come back :)

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We were personally greeted by Snjezana, her husband had prepared a little something. We felt very welcome. The apartment is just a few meters from the sea and beach, you can get there via a private path. The furnishings of the apartment were great, very clean and also the various seating options on the terrace, parking right by the house. Snjezana was available at all times and both helped very quickly. We wish all future guests a holiday as beautiful as we had ☀️

Our stay at Ivan's apartment in Povljana was one of the best in Croatia. New superclean apartment, cozy, airy, bright, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a holiday by the sea. We felt like at home. 3 minute walk to sandy/gravel beach, lots of good restaurants, baker shop with fresh bread, grocery store 10 minute walk, coastal path, pine forest. Fresh salty air flavored with local herbs and trees. Povljana itself has a small center with nothing special to see or do, it is clear that a agricultural village with a precious pre-romanesque, medieval structure has grown too quickly into a small residential town. But the center is alive, we were at the market where stalls sold local products and live music played. If that is not enough, the old town of Pag is 15 minutes by car. The whole island of Pag is an amazing part of the Croatian land with nice people and full of natural beauty places. And “paški sir” (Pag cheese) is great!

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

We enjoyed it very much, the area was very central but still in a quiet pedestrian zone, so you hardly heard anything from the center. The location was amazing, everything is very easily accessible by foot - beach 10 minutes, center 5 minutes and for all Zrce Beach party guests - the shuttle bus is also only 10 minutes away Were very satisfied!! the only drawback, you should not be too big with the kitchen, as it is located in a sloping roof

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. Restaurants are also not far away. Nevertheless, the surroundings are always quiet and you can enjoy your vacation without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I recommend this place to anyone.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

A very charming and comfortable cottage/house. It was exactly as listed. Sime parents greeted us and showed us around the cottage as well as giving us some history. When Audrey twisted her knee they went out of their way to help by taking us to get some medical advice. A great stay and really enjoyed the countryside.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

The appartment is absolutely nice and we had a great stay there!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

Staying with Petra and her family was great! We had a great time on Rab. Petra was super helpful and always easily accessible. Everyone was very welcoming. We were even able to eat homemade fish spontaneously. The apartment has everything you need, it was very clean. The deck is so beautiful. All in all, a very successful holiday!
