If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

affordable accommodation and very nice house. good pool with as was reasonably large. Was still very close so they were easy to get to but recommend renting a car. Very kind hosts who were easily accessible.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Our family enjoyed our visit to Pag Island. Beata's place was very modern and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity of activities in the town of Pag but peacefulness of the location away from town.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

We enjoyed it very much, the area was very central but still in a quiet pedestrian zone, so you hardly heard anything from the center. The location was amazing, everything is very easily accessible by foot - beach 10 minutes, center 5 minutes and for all Zrce Beach party guests - the shuttle bus is also only 10 minutes away Were very satisfied!! the only drawback, you should not be too big with the kitchen, as it is located in a sloping roof

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you can reach Zadar in just half an hour, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly – and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled with the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is superbly equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal – a fantastic beach is within a few minutes' walk. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Paola was extremely generous and kind to us, as her guests. I got unfortunately sick a few days before our trip and we needed to reschedule for a one week, without any problem and charges! Our dog was also welcomed and treated so nice too! 🐺 On our way back in our home country were suddenly floods and storms, so we needed to stay and extend for two extra nights in order to safely return, also without any problem! 🍀 We are lucky enough to find this place and beautiful people here, thank you so much! 🤩🏝️ With all the best wishes 💙 Albert&Adela with Destiny 🐺

Spectacular location right next to a small beach cove with amazing views. Lots of great spots outside to relax, eat etc. Accommodation comfortable and immaculately clean.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Quiet, clean and with an exceptionally beautiful view from the terrace! Very nice owner, all questions and requests were answered. Thank you and I can only recommend this apartment!

There's not enough stars for the warmth of this family. We felt right at home. The owner of the house has brought us nice touches again and again. When our daughter got sick, she was right with us helping and bringing resources. We are incredibly grateful for that, because that's not a given. She was always there and very helpful when we had questions. Our children said to us, she was like our grandma on vacation :). The view from the house and especially from the terrace is magnificent. The house is in a quiet location, the beaches can be reached directly at the house or others in a few minutes. We were alone on the beach because the house is in a very calm location. We would love to come back here again and again. THANK YOU for so much warmth :)

Thank you so much Slavica & Petar!! The apartment is fantastic and just as described. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed including shampoo and body wash. The location is about a 30-40 minute walk from Old Town but the rowing boats save time. We were very grateful for the recommendations of local restaurants and things to do. Would definitely return and recommend to others! Thank you again
