Spacious apartment, nice terrace and barbecue area. We didn’t miss anything, having all the needed amenities at hand. We felt comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 people. Parking places available right next to the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Matej. We received a warm welcome and the flat was perfect. It was very spacious, calm and very clean. We appreciated the extras in the fridge, drinks and fruits so we could feel home straight away. The area is beautiful and it was very convenient to have a parking space. We recommend staying at Matej’s apartment.

The cottage was exactly as described. The kitchen was very clean and perfectly equipped. The AC has done a good job. The outdoor seating as well as the loungers make the stay pleasant. The proximity to the sea is perfect with children. Contact on arrival was very eager and friendly. Overall full score, highly recommended.

Great place, very kid friendly. Helpful, welcoming, and easily accessible hosts. We went with our two children of 9 months and 3.5 years, respectively. The home lovely spacious and clean home. Simple but adequately equipped kitchen, good beds, spacious bathrooms and again, clean. Very family-friendly layout, with rooms at one end and kitchen/bath at the other end. Lovely garden (but without swing and children's toys as pictured). 400 meters down the road you will find a good playground at the beach bar and a super child-friendly small beach with sand and low tide. Note, almost without tourists. You can choose to walk 800 meters to the left onto seafront where you will find campsite, playground and a lot of tourists. Shopping right around the corner that met every need to make every meal yourself. In addition, it is just 10 minutes from both Nin and Zaton. Nin has a great beach that is even more child-friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book the place again.

Beautifully located cottage, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible by road. Very nice modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Accommodation in a residence away from the city of Posedarje, quiet. We enjoyed the exchanges with Maja who is attentive and very friendly.
