Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Great little garden with a very nice terrace, very kind host and a quiet surrounding. We really enjoyed our stay at Ana's and Slavko's vacation house.

Our stay on Vir was wonderful! The location of the apartment is really fantastic, ideal if you want to spend your vacation quieter and a little more secluded. Dragica is a very caring hostess, we felt well taken care of.

Very clean apartment, towels were even provided - both for the pool and for the living area. Fast and uncomplicated communication! Approximately 6 minutes to downtown - Uber was always very quick and found the apartment immediately. We were there with a total of 7 people and were really very satisfied. I would book it again. This place has everything! Perfect place to stay if you want to go to the national park, and 3 minute walk to the water. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and private. Kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was strong. We were just 2, but would be fine for 4 adults as well, as it's spacious with 2 bathrooms. The patio gets beautiful afternoon sun. Beds were comfortable, nice linens. Air-conditioning in all the rooms. Swipe key access (multiple provided) makes group stays easy. Parking is right infront of the apartment, very easy. Many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

We rented out the entire house, we would not have hoped for anything better. The apartments are tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend this rental. Marina is very responsive and welcoming.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean, great for 4 people. The accommodation is in the center of Novaglia, with nearby mini-markets and restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful, giving us all the directions on the first day and always responding to our messages. Private parking is also very convenient since we used the car often. Ultimately, a very nice and promoted stay.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Great stay. Adriana welcomed us at check-in, always very sunny and nice! The house is very beautiful and new. Beautiful view from the terrace, mainly in the evening. Highly recommended.

The apartment was ok, it met our expectations. The biggest advantage was the terrace - a great place where we spent time after returning from the beach or excursions. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the fact that the apartment was located in the basement made it possible to relax from the summer heat. The apartment has only one bathroom, which was sometimes a challenge, but the outdoor shower made the hot weather - a great solution. The location is great - it is very close to the sea, and you have to walk to the beach with sand at the bottom only 5 min walk. There is a beach bar, two grocery stores, and a few restaurants where you can eat. This place is worth recommending! :)

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It's nicely decorated and spacious. The terras is great and there are a lot of common areas. Kitchen has everything you need. The pool was big and in perfect condition. There is are some parking spaces in front of the building. The landlord was welcoming and friendly. They offered us a bottle of wine and some candy. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday close to Zadar.

We booked this place, with less than 2 hours notice. Antonija was communicative and super helpful. The place was as described and the private rooftop was perfect. The little touches of Easter treats was very thoughtful. We loved this place and would happily stay again
