My sister and I loved staying at Moiras!! The room was extremely clean and very affordable. It was very easy to get into central London by train. She was a very responsible and friendly host. We enjoyed the flexible check-in and check-out times. She and her husband are fantastic people! I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family. As someone who was traveling solo to London, this room in James's flat was ideal. About me: I am university professor who was doing research at the British Library for the month of May. I've been to London many times. I knew I wanted to stay in Primrose Hill (I love this location and access to parts of London). And I also knew that I needed a comfy room with basic amenities and a clean apartment, as I would need a place to rest, shower, refresh, and repeat. This place, for my purposes, was perfect! The room itself is about 10' by 12', with a single bed, a wardrobe, a modest desk, and a large window. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and perfectly functional. And when I return to London on my own, I would definitely contact James again: James is a fantastic host, very communicative, flexible, and accommodating. Thank you so much for a wonderful month in London!

Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

Great location ! Patrick is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place has the feel of home away from home. Would definitely come back when in London again.

Katherine and Jonathan’s beautiful guest space was simply wonderful for my visit. I had a sad event to attend, having somewhere I could come back to, so I could enjoy my own company and relax with a warm bath and lovely surroundings that are clearly taken care of to a high standard and with love was very much evident. What stood out for me was the peaceful view out of the window whilst I enjoyed my morning coffee and the very tasty juice left in the fridge, a refreshing drink very much appreciated when I started it the evening before on my return from the event. I loved the space so much that a return visit is definitely in order with a visit to Kew Gardens whilst I am there. Katherine and Jonathan were extremely communicative hosts and they pretty much covered everything in their welcome to the house and the carefully thought out local guide.

I enjoyed my stay at Felicity's. Unfortunately our paths did not cross but I did meet her husband, who was very helpful. I also met her delightful cat, Kirby. I had my own bathroom and parking space, a bonus. You could help yourself to tea, coffee and breakfast, is you so wished to do so. The property itself is within easy striking distance of Rickmansworth town centre and its three big supermarkets, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Waitrose and Tesco. Rickmansworth also has its own theatre, Watersmeet. If you like walking, Rickmansworth Aquadrome and the canal are very close by. From the property there is easy access to the M25, M40, M4, A1 and M1 etc, so is very well connected if you want to travel Highly recommended

Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

We stayed with a family of 6 and absolutely loved the place! Situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, we felt right at home. The host was kind and responsive and quickly helped us with any questions.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

Great apartment in Notting Hill, easy stroll down to Portobello Market with lost of great restaurants choices, great little parks a block down for our kid to play in which was a treat! Easy for Ubers, or bus stops etc …

Very enjoyable stay. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the shower. It was in a tall sided tub, handheld shower and no grabrails. Felt unsafe for seniors. Host allowed us to use her shower.

Mara was very friendly and the room had everything you need for couple of days of London. The breakfast is a great perk, it is simple and good and helps you to get started.

It’s such a pity that I could only spent a single night in Elizabeth’s house! The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Elizabeth was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at home!She prepared a very generous and delicious breakfast!Her warm, humorous, and lovely personality truly made my stay unforgettable. If I come back to London, I will definitely stay here again!

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. This was my third visit to Laura's place. Great value and close to Twickenham stadium. Laura is always quick to respond and help when needed. Plenty of space for two people and equipped with everything you might need.

Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb, its amazing! Derek and Sandra are wonderful, friendly hosts, and they gave us a brilliant welcome and super support whenever needed, throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and high quality food was provided as a welcome, yummy breakfast. Its position means Kew Gardens is an easy, pleasant stroll, and the access to Kew Gardens station on the District Line is even closer. There are wonderful facilities in the village and close by there is a retail park with M&S. We hope very much to be returning in the not too distant future. Highly recommended, can't fault it.
