Merja is a very open-minded, interested and open-hearted person. She is very responsive to requests. She is very flexible with regard to arrival and departure times. The cottage is easy to find, located in a quiet residential area and is comfortably furnished. Many old pictures of Vääksy hang on the wall and there is plenty of information about Vääksy and its surroundings. The Mökki is ideal for one to two people. It has a good internet connection and is very nice and warm even in high minus degrees.

Lovely place and very nice host and hostess! A wonderfully peaceful place, and a very good sauna that warmed up quickly! Walking from the yard to beautiful nature trails, and by car, it's worth a visit to the city center, with its canals, beaches, and cafes, etc. The dog fence in the yard was also really convenient for people with such dogs. The cottage had everything you needed, and very clean. There were a lot of kids toys for a toddler! I warmly recommend this place for peace and nature lovers ❤️

We spent five wonderful days in the villa by the lake. The cottage is very cozily furnished and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. Of course, the sauna is great, the use of which has become our daily ritual. The view from the large window front offers a different atmosphere at any time of the day. On the frozen lake we were able to take beautiful winter walks and go ice skating. Miina has always provided us with great tips. Communication with her was great. We would love to come back and can recommend the villa to anyone who appreciates beautiful landscapes and nature experiences!

Perfect place to be over the weekend for 3 friends. Astonishing views, very private and peaceful. We had Sauna and bath in the frozen lake, we had everything we needed to make a BBQ, we saw the northern lights, we had fire in the stove inside the cabin which made the cabin very worm and cozi. Comunication with Sami was very good and fast. Highly recommend this gorgeous cottage by the lake!!
