It is a granite house, has a mezzanine with a double bed and sofa/bed, includes a television, terrace and/or a patio and large barbecue area with a grill and oven. Equipped kitchen and toilet. Swimming pool. Excellent location 30 km from Viseu, 50 km from Torre da Serra da Estrela, 9 km from Gouveia, 27 km from the historic village of Linhares da Beira. The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.

My place is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 minutes). The house is located in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1100 meters, and is considered the highest village in Portugal - Sabugueiro. Within a radius of 10 km there are several lagoons and river beaches, such as Rossim Valley and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the village's own beach. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
