Bright, clean, spacious modern apartment in great Hollywood location. Comfortable bed. Nice floor plan with cycle. Lots of wire frame storage in closet works well for traveling because you can quickly organize your clothes and easily locate them when packing. Garage spot a big plus in this neighborhood. Host Andy was very responsive, provided check-in flexibility, and quickly sent some household items that were needed.

I stayed here during a work trip in mid-June and chose this Airbnb for its convenient location and proximity to the beach—perfect for escaping the heat when the rest of the city is sweltering. On my first evening, I walked to Trader Joe’s to stock up on food and drinks, and the next morning I went for a jog down to the Santa Monica Pier and back. The location was easy to find, though I did have to circle the block once before spotting the correct garage. The directions were clear overall, but a note about which side of the alley the building is on would have helped, since there are garages on both sides. I took a guess and turned right—which luckily turned out to be correct. Having a secure, designated parking spot close to the elevator was a major plus—it brought me almost directly to the apartment door. The unit itself is small (as expected for LA), but very clean, with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bedroom area is a bit tight, but manageable. Overall great stay!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Great place to stay

Exactly like the pictures. Location is superb. Walking distance to beach, Venice, Santa Monica downtown and even to Marina del Rey. Quiet neighborhood. Great balconies, "to die for" kitchen, modern bathroom and overall nice decor. Safe area and gated garage. Renee could not have been nicer or more responsive. Not a cheap place but worth the cost for high-end accomodations. We will most definitely be back.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Stayed at Niklas’ place for 4 nights on my fiancee and I’s first time around LA and it was perfect! Everything was as described and Niklas was always very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great vacation. The property is on the beach with wonderful views. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

John and Vincent were amazing hosts. Not only did they help us arrange a meeting time for a crib delivery, they helped us set it up. Also, the condo is perfectly located with shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommended this place for anyone needing a clean home in Santa Monica for a few days.

This was a great place to stay. We were there for just one night but it’s a nice building, apartment and location. They were very helpful and responsive when we communicated. No issues at all and well worth the money.

A stay at this location should be the standard for all airbnbs! Absolutely wonderful location and decor, it was easy to feel right at home the moment we walked through the door. I felt extremely safe and the walkability in downtown Santa Monica can’t be beat. Joe was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and the checkout was standard to a hotel. Other airbnb’s could take a lesson in the friendly demeanor, clean facility, clear instructions and stress free checkout. Highly recommend!

Great little apartment for a nice "staycation". Super walkable with Abbot Kinney and the Venice boardwalk just steps away. Host was lovely and very responsive to messages. The private balcony was really nice in the evenings without having to be on street level and having a full kitchen is always so much better than getting a hotel so we ca make our own breakfast every day. Home was very clean and the bed is super comfy!

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Julie’s spot was the perfect place for a tranquil weekend getaway. The unit was comfortable and the back yard/garden area was so serene. Julie was attentive and responsive with any questions I had and I appreciate her willingness to work with me on specific accommodations. Her hospitality and property are lovely and I highly recommend.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.
