Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

An oasis in the middle of the Umbrian countryside, a cottage furnished with taste and fresh and cozy simplicity, a beautiful swimming pool in which to cool off after visiting the many beautiful places in the surroundings, quiet and with plenty of space. Pina and her husband were very caring and nice, a place where we certainly want to return, even our dog was fine and welcomed with love, a good job to the hosts for how they look after and take care of the place Thanks and goodbye.

Antonella was a great host and this was a very nice place to stay! The garden is very peaceful and the views are great.

The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. We would highly recommend Borgo Monte Lagello to anyone looking for a peaceful location in Umbria with amazing views and all the aminities you could wish for, in close proximity to numerous attractions in Umbria.

This place is so beautiful.The most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We have a late check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. This place is very, very beautiful, whether it is the equipment, decoration, environment, or view, it is very amazing, great value for money, very, very good.

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

our reservation paid off our expectation, every detail booked matched what we found, then Elisa immediately stood out with responsiveness and in making our check-in as easy as possible, a great area for us for scheduled trips. Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Elias was an exceptional host! Fantastic recommendations on the area and restaurants. His space was more than expected. Stylish , modern and spacious. So handy having two large bathrooms with 2 couples. The neighbourhood was truly perfect, historic area in walking distance, gelato & cappuccino was right across the street, grocery store around the corner, steak house next door and the best… Linda’s pizza!!! Enjoyed super reasonable meals with excellent service. Even bumped into Linda at the gelato place in the evening and were greeted warmly! What a welcoming friendly neighbourhood. Hands down our best Airbnb experience in Italy! ❤️
