The large Pacengo playground is right in front and Pacengo beach is a 5-minute walk away. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, pizzerias, shops and a pharmacy. Lakehouse 68 is: "Living in the front row." A beautiful, new vacation home, (approx. 100 m²) 3 bedrooms/ 6 sleeping places directly on the shore of Lake Garda, located between Bardolino and Lazise, with private jetty. The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

It is equipped with all amenities: Wifi, elevator, air conditioning; all appliances and furnishings are new. It is located in a strategic position: surrounded by the greenery of the vineyards, just 1.7 kilometers from the spas and a few minutes from the main attractions (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland and Zoo Safari Park). Bed sheets and towels are included in the price.

The RACHELE apartment has just been renovated and is located in a quiet area, with a small garden and a COVERED PARKING SPACE. It is 1 km from GARDALAND, MOVIELAND and CANEVA . At 400 meters there is the small center of Pacengo , with pizzerias and restaurants. The supermarket is 2.5km away. With a 15-minute walk, you can reach the beach, which is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are bars, restaurants where you can have breakfast , have an aperitif, and eat on the lake.

Casa Aire

Situated in Pacengo, Casa Aire has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The suite of 47mq has a bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. If needed, the sofa can be turned into a bed for groups of guests greater than 2 people (max. 4). Other services are WiFi, a TV and AC with an air purifier. Additionally, Casa Aire is a 10 min walk away from the lake, Gardaland and Movieland. Furthermore, Casa Aire is 3 km away from the thermal park “Villa dei Cedri”

Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.
