Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pacé

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Liebe Ann Kathrin, ich habe mich soooo wohl gefühlt … nicht nur, weil mir Dinan ans Herz gewachsen ist, sondern insbesondere auch weil ich mich bei Euch zuhause und willkommen gefühlt habe. Bluetooth Speaker und SmartTV runden das Erlebnis ab. Du hast mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und warst stets erreichbar. Das schätze ich sehr. Merci beaucoup für wunderbare Tage in diesem außergewöhnlichen Heim. Gern würde ich wieder kommen 😉 A bientôt. 🇫🇷

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

Un logement parfait (Bonne literie, très bien équipé, parking, bien placé ....rien ne manque) et d'une propreté irréprochable. De plus, Sylvie est une personne très accueillante et sympathique. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Michael. L'une de nos meilleures expériences en tant que voyageurs!!! Je recommande fortement

un appartement incroyable, super bien placé un hôte qui donne des instructions très clairs et est très flexible je recommande à 100% je garde même le lieu pour une prochaine visite sur Rennes !

Appartement rénové et fonctionnel. À 20 min du centre ville à pied, il est top pour aller se balader dans le centre de Rennes. Petit point négatif: il est au Rez de chaussée côté rue.

Wir waren für zwei Tage in der Unterkunft, um von hier aus St. Malo, Le Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Dinan und Dol zu erkunden. Es war alles super sauber und Claudine war sehr nett. Sie hatte uns sogar ein paar Produkte für unser Frühstück bereitgestellt. Vielen Dank!

"Nous avons trouvé le logement idéalement central et facilement accessible, avec l'énorme avantage d'une place à deux de stationnement. L'intérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et les chambres sont à la fois spacieuses et très confortables. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, de la cuisine à la salle de bain en passant par les chambres. À six personnes, nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement à l'aise. Une adresse que je recommande très fortement !"

Excellent accueil de la part de Franck qui a été adorable avec nous ! Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos ainsi que son extérieur (jardin, barbecue). La literie est très confortable et les lits spacieux. Je recommande pour un séjour entre amis ou même en famille. On mêle l'ancien et le moderne dans un cadre reposant et agréable où il fait bon vivre.

What a wonderful place to stay - if you’re looking for a unique place to stay that is quiet and so relaxing, this is your spot. The hosts are so friendly with wonderful recommendations, and the house is exactly as described. The hosts were so accommodating to the times we needed and even when flight and rental car delays occurred, they were flexible to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect ; quiet but still close to everything. The host was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Eines der schönsten Airbnb‘s in dem wir seit langem waren. Super schick eingerichtet, schön ruhig & sehr liebe Gastgeber! Haben uns total wohl gefühlt & hatten mehr Annehmlichkeiten als wir brauchten :) Auch mit dem Frühstück hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Werden es unseren Freunden empfehlen, falls sie den Mont St. Michel auch ansehen wollen ;)

L'appartement est très confortable, propre et au calme, nous y avons séjourné pour un week-end en famille et cela correspondait bien à la description. Maëlys s'est montrée très réactive aux messages, et les échanges étaient agréables et bienveillants.

Dinan ist ein wunderschöner Ort, um ein paar Tage dort zu verweilen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß in der historischen Altstadt, wo es tolle Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet! Es sollte aber vielleicht erwähnt werden, dass es sich offensichtlich um keine reine Ferienwohnung handelt, da sich teilweise auch private Sachen in den Schränken (u.a Kleiderschrank,Bad) befinden. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Absoluter Pluspunkt: ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage! Der Kontakt mit Régis war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen! 😊👍

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Daouia qui est d’une grande gentillesse. L’appartement est facile d’accès et les instructions données par Daouia avant l’arrivée étaient très claires. À l’arrivée nous avait eu un petit panier de bienvenue et de l’eau était mis à disposition. Le logement est très bien équipé. Merci Daouia pour ce séjour.

Très bon séjour chez Philippe. L’appartement sentait très bon, c’est vraiment ce qui m’a marqué en ouvrant la porte. Philippe a rencontré un petit problème avant mon arrivée, mais il a fait le nécessaire pour le régler rapidement, sans que cela n’impacte mon séjour ni que j’aie à m’en occuper. Merci à lui !
