The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Overall, very good value for money. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the people are friendly.

We had a short but very nice stay. The apartment was as pictured and just perfect in size. In addition, the place is in a great location. Supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. To the beach it's also only 5-10 minutes. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Wonderful home! Loyal to photos. The pool area is amazing. The beach below is not very good for swimming but it is very beautiful. The accommodation is very large and very pleasant Very functional, well-equipped. We had a bit of trouble operating the air conditioning. But once it worked it was very good in the apartment. We have to take a taxi to go to the beautiful beaches but the prices are very reasonable. If we come back to Phuket that's for sure we will book this place again. Across the street there is a supermarket, and a great massage salon (bee gold) at low prices.

Great clean apartment, as described. Nice neighborhood. Lakes, paths for walking, on weekends a night market with delicious seafood. Tops supermarket is not far away. 10 min walk to 7/11 The sea is also a 10-minute walk away. On the roof of the complex there are swimming pools, a treadmill, a barbecue area. The roof is open until 21.00. Normal internet

Really enjoyed the stay in Alex's villa with my family. The apartament is so much better than in pictures, it's very spacious and clean. Aleks is a wonderful host, always helpful. I highly recommend to book his place. 10 our of 10 stars!

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

We spent more then a week at this wonderful villa, which has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Spacious and bright villa with a large and warm pool, located away from the busy road, which is a big plus, especially for this area. Benoit and his team are real professionals in their field, given my many years of experience living in Thailand — I can confidently say that this is one of the BEST realtors I have ever met. He treats you like a good friend and always, even for the smallest request - you can rely on him 24/7. I would definetly RECOMMEND them for everyone! 🔝 Wish you all the best guys, keep it up.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Andy’s villa in Kathu was the highlight of our multi-location trip to Thailand. What an absolute gem; incredible villa with the most beautiful views from the pool. Kudos to the amazing housekeeper; incredible food and always kept the place really well! Would have no hesitation recommending to anyone, and already have to many family and friends.

The apartment is worth every penny you spend and only if you can compromise a small room. The view is breathtaking and utterly wowed when I first entered the apartment. It was super clean, exactly as described. Kitchen is loaded with all the needed stuff. The check in for the apartment is a bit tricky. If you have heavy and more number of bags like us, be prepared for the climbing stairs and going down for check in the apartment. Other than that all went superb and I would recommend anyone to stay here without a doubt.

Absolutely enjoyed Tony’s condo aswell as him being readily available to assist with anything. Condo was spacious and elegant ✨ Great location with lots of life just a min away along with great selection of restaurants.

Place was immaculately clean, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The entire Laguna neighborhood is modern and really enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We loved Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical appliances worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools are very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex behaved quietly so that everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dog breeds and no mosquitoes on the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service to "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where there are shops. Taxis are available in front of the complex or use GRAB or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

Excellent stay! We stayed over a month and the place is perfect if you stay long and/or work remotely. Communication with the host was super smooth and Aisoon is very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good. Couldnt recommend more! If back to Chalong i will book again

The place is clean and has all the amenities in the room. Very practical for foreigners. Close to Central Phuket Mall. Parking is hard to find. Lots of rules. Close to 7-Eleven. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool. The room is on the far side. There is a lot of privacy and no noise. And very quiet.
