We love Anne-Lene’s house and would love to live there! Stunning scenery and a lovely town. Great pace to stay.

We recently had the pleasure of being the first guests at Ole's newly renovated farm cottage. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. Ole was very responsive to all of my messaging. The location on his 4th generation family farm was incredible. There were great views, plenty of outdoor space and a friendly cat (Linus). The ski slope was literally a 30m walk from the door of the cottage. Inside the accommodations were vary spacious with a mud room, a well equipped large kitchen with 2 sinks and a dishwasher, two very nice modern bathrooms with heated floors and comfortable bedding. The ceiling was a little low in spots, but if I remember correctly this cottage was originally built in the early 1900's. The drive into town was only about 5 min and there was a cute local farm market just done the road. Finally, the host Ole was a great host. He was responsive, friendly, and engaging. He even showed my wife around the farm on the day the rest of the family skied.

The house is comfortable, functional, and attractive. The location was good for us as we were interested in both skiing and spending time in Lillehammer - in between worlds. We enjoyed the sauna, the warm, clean bathrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone and cosy places to gather together or enjoy a quiet time alone. We enjoyed the family vibe of the home.

Marit’s home is in a lovely location overlooking the lake with mountains in the background. We spent the week skiing at Hafjell which was about 25 mins easy drive from the house. The house is lovely, comfortable and spacious and filled with light. Also extremely cosy and well insulated! We cooked most of our meals in the excellent kitchen and i can’t think of anything we lacked! We all slept very well and our kit dried very quickly in the toasty utility room. Marit was very helpful in recommending local restaurants and activities and we were very sad that tobogganing was cancelled because it got too warm! Overall a great family home in an excellent location with a very welcoming host. Thank you Marit!

Very cozy and modern apartment that was within walking distance to the ski slope, as we imagined because we were there on the sports holiday for skiing. From the apartment we had a wonderful view out over the village and mountains! Perfect driving distance and nice roads from Gothenburg. We would be glad to come back!

We had a super winter holiday at Gålå, short distance to both the hill and ski tracks! Super nice cabin with everything you need, and Anders&Marit are super nice hosts! Thank you so much for us!

There were five of us in the cabin for the Birkebeiner run and we had a perfect time. In the cabin there was everything we needed for cross-country skiing vacation. Easily accessible by car despite a lot of snow, yet very quiet and with a great view! We enjoyed it a lot and hope to come back again, maybe even to the Birkebeiner again...

Svein and Margrethe's cottage was one of our all time favorite Air BNB rentals. The cottage was rustic, cozy, and very comfortable. We loved hanging out at the cottage and enjoying the fireplace. The location was perfect, with easy drives to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and the ski trails. Finally, our hosts made us feel welcomed and at home!

Very comfortable, convenient, pleasant, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Next to a cross-country ski trail and close to the downhill ski trail. Tore responds very quickly if you have any questions.

Henning is a very nice host. We felt very comfortable. Anyone who reads the listing carefully will not be disappointed. For me, at a height of 191 cm, the doors were already very small. I hit my head hard twice. After that, I knew the height. Gala is a dream for cross-country skiing. If you like something special, Henning's house is just right.

Our group of 12 Birken skiers had a memorable stay here. Plenty of room to stretch out, beautiful view of valley from the main room. Hans even provided wax bench and iron. House actually has 3 showers and 3 toilets/ sinks, which was plenty for us. Since we were from USA, we did incur extra expense for linens/ towels, but that was fine with us. There is a 300 meter hike from parking lot to get to house -well worth it!

Stayed there for three nights, and we absolutely loved the place. Had everything we could ask for, only a few meters from an access route to the ski area. Place was clean and tidy when we got there, and we certainly enjoyed our time there. An advantage that we could have a dog there. Kari was very easy to communicate and accepted a slightly later check out, very quick responses and helpful

We had a really good stay and were very happy with the accommodation. It matched our needs and lived up to expectations. There's a great view, light ski in/out, and plenty of room for a larger family/group. Communication with Laila was really good and very informative.😊

We had a lovely holiday at Inger-Lise's cabin. She gave us great instructions and it was easy to check in with the key code. The cabin was really cozy with a good and unifying living room😊

Fantastic cottage, nice and pleasantly decorated, well equipped and cozy. One of the nicest and most beautiful cottages we have had. Nice and beautiful ski resort, with many nice coffee and lunch options. We greatly enjoyed it. Two small areas for improvement: Unfortunately not easily accessible for the snowboarders (too flat slopes to and from) and we did not realize that the bedding and linens were not included, so we had to drive back to the village.

Very cozy and nice cabin close to the cross country tracks. Nice with some space around the cabin so you don't see right in to the neighbor. Good communication with Bjørn both in advance and along the way. A stay here is recommended.

Nice cottage! Quietly located, nice decor, not too big but all the amenities are there, great shower and enough hot water for 4 people, especially the wood stove we loved. Friendly and easily accessible host. The children could sled wonderfully in front of the door and the ski out from the cottage to the slopes is perfect. The only downside we found was that the ski doesn't go on ski on its own from the alpine ski. The first 15 minutes you have to sting quite a bit, especially with young children that is the hassle. The last few days we took the car, 15 minutes drive to the valley so also fine to do.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spacious home! The ski-in ski-out access made our ski trip effortless – straight onto the slopes and back without any hassle. After a long day of skiing, relaxing in the warm jacuzzi while enjoying the views was simply perfect. The house itself is spacious, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are super comfortable, and the living area is cozy with a lovely fireplace. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. In short: the perfect place for a luxurious and relaxing ski vacation. We would love to come back!
