There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Found this place last minute and what a find it was. Stunning location with incredible views and the large glass walls meant you could see it all while lying in bed in the morning with a coffee! It had everything you would need all you need to do is pitch up with a toothbrush the rest is taken care for you. Stunning garden and lovely hosts unfortunately, I only stayed one night however I could easily envisage myself moving in! Very modern with all the bells and whistles however keeps that countryside charm. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

A most perfect place to stay! Ideal location if you’re walking or cycling the North Downs Way, and need a nice quiet and spacious place to stay. The house was very spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Perfect! Host Cheryl made sure we had clear joining instructions and had arrived ok. What more can you ask for. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to do the NDW route in reverse!

I am an expat returning to see my family with my American family. This place was perfect for us to reunite and enjoy walks in the country side. It is like something out of a classic English painting. Hills of sheep and meadows of grasses. A short walk to a fabulous pub and a quick drive to every service needed..the house was comfortable with all the amenities one could want..we will be back. Thank you for sharing your incredible place.

This is probably the best property we have stayed in. It was a beautiful barn, everything we needed, lovely walks from the doorstep, also having private access to Staffhurst wood, where the bluebells were amazing! Very easy access into central London from the local station, 5 minutes away, and a great pub within walking distance! The hosts were very obliging and friendly, we will definitely return. Thank you!

Such a lovely place which felt much more like a home than a holiday let. A quiet and secure location. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. We could easily have stayed longer and if we’re ever back in this area we’ll try and do just that!
