Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.

Ventura Boatel Stay on a boat in Ventura Harbor!

Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, famous ice cream shop, boat rentals, wine tasting, a gorgeous beach, more!

I’m gonna start by saying this has been easily the best Airbnb’s. I’ve stayed at, the house itself is beautiful. The details are awesome. It is stocked with literally everything you need. You can tell they really care a great deal and make sure you enjoy your stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was so kind and helpful. The house was perfect for 3 families. More than enough room. Great views, the beach is right there! There’s a delicious hole in the wall sushi place we visited super close more than once. I really just wish we could stay all summer! If you’re looking for a beach house to house your family, this is it! I’ve never been happier to leave a 5 star review! Thank you for everything!

We're glad we chose this property for a long weekend away with six people. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, and there are plenty of good restaurants and activities around. The unit was a little worse for wear but generally very clean other than a few items under beds and couches that the cleaning crew missed. The kitchen was cozy but useful. It included the basic utensils/appliances/pots, etc., but if you have specific plans to cook something, I would call ahead or bring your own implements to be safe. It was also nice to have a washer dryer on hand. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable space, and we plan to stay again.

We were in town for my nephew's high school graduation. This townhouse was a wonderful place to stay to relax at the beach and escape our daily routines. The majestic windows throughout the home provided ample natural light and nice views of the marina. Although we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen has some high end appliances for guests to use. If you are looking for an affordable beach getaway, we recommend staying here.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We felt right at home and Anne’s house had a lot of extras. One example was that there were chairs available for use on the beach which is a short walk away. Everything was clean and there was a full kitchen with cookware that made food prep extremely accessible. We had an accident where a drawer broke, Anne had a maintenance worker come within a couple hours. Her response time made us feel at ease knowing it would get repaired in a timely manner. We would certainly like to stay again. Thanks for hosting us Anne.

My experience with Hailey was exceptional — she was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The home itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart are the thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special and welcoming. From the pool table, foosball, and air hockey to the bikes, kayaks, and wide variety of board games, every detail was geared toward comfort and fun. The backyard, set right on the water, was peaceful and absolutely beautiful — the perfect place to relax. This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had.
