Guests will have access to washer and dryer, all supplies for cooking / dining and pretty much everything you need to make this feel like a home away from home. All guests will receive directions on how to enter the unit via email. Entry to the unit is Keyless and available via KEVO smartphone app. My husband and I are just located around the corner to help out with any problems or provide suggestions on where to go nearby. Candler Park is one of the most centrally located neighborhoods in the city. It is a residential area, but still in the heart of Intown. It has easy access to Downtown, Midtown and Decatur all just a quick 5-10 minutes away via MARTA or car if you prefer to drive. Uber is also popular here. From Candler Park you can walk to Inman Park, explore the Beltline or grab drinks and dinner at one of the many, highly rated, local restaurants. Voted, the top 10 BBQ in the country, Fox Bros is a block away. MARTA is one block away and goes directly to the airport and all major Atlanta attractions. There are two reserved parking spots directly adjacent to the condo. Only available for 30 days or more. There are two reserved parking spots on the premises. We also have a French speaker in the family. :) You will have access to the entire condo in this condo community. Included is a one bedroom, open-concept design, fully-loaded kitchen, one luxury bathroom and a living room complete with smart-tv. We are happy to be available as much as is needed. Set in Candler Park, the apartment is blocks away from trendy cafes, brunch restaurants, and hip bars along Moreland Ave. Walk the Freedom Park Trail all the way to the Martin Luther King Jr National Historical Park. See a show at Variety Playhouse. This unit is about a mile from the nearest MARTA station. It is walkable, but that MARTA station also has parking if you prefer to drive there. This condo is located by Dekalb avenue which is a main street. You will hear street noise. While the condo is very well insulated and the noise is not very loud, please be aware of this before booking.
